One of the better parks in brisbane. Seems an odd location when you approach it... being all train stations and bus transit hubs... but as you enter the actual parks.. its an oasis. You still see the trains from a viewing platform if you want, and can definitely hear it. Plenty of nice wide open spaces for picnics.... lawns, hedges... More

Great place to wander and explore. Relaxing greenery on the edge of the city harness. I enjoyed finding a piece of grass just to sit and relax on.

Whether you just wish to stroll the lush and vibrant gardens along the many pathways or take a rug/picnic and relax on the lawn under a... More

A wonderful spot for a walk or run. There are paths throughout the park and a running track on the boundary of the park. The park is a home to fruit bats, possums and loads of birds. There are a couple of cafes in the park. Well worth a visit

I had my 88 year old friend to stay. She had just had a serious operation and found walking very tiring. Handicap parking enabled us to gain easy entry to the park. The Spring flowers were in full bloom ( September) and the gardeners were just planting the next displays for summer. We saw hundreds of water dragons who provided... More

A nice place to wander around. On weekends there's even a train to scoot you around and icecreams for the kids.

We took a stroll through here and loved it. It is worth your time to check it out! Restaurants in the area are worth a stop too!
