This is a beautiful day with family friends in the outdoors. There are lots of areas to explore. Playgrounds open greens. Flower gardens water features. One of the best parts of Brisbane. Spring also brings it alive.

Loved seeing all the different plants and flowers and taking in the water features. Really nice spot in the middle of the city and really relaxing. It was cool taking in all the different animals I saw roaming around like the Lizards, and some of the butterflies were beautiful. Great place to chill out.

A lovely little park away from the noise and piped music of the city. Sit on deck chairs (no charge) under the trees beside the lake and listen to the sound of the big fountain. Take the little train (donations) to view the gardens, or alight at the highest point and stroll down after enjoying the view.

Fantastic Garden - a real surprise as to what was there. Spent a lot of time and took lots of photos of the varied vegetation and the lizards and wildlife.

An interesting park with lawns on which to collapse after walking up the hill. It was Saturday, late afternoon, and there was a football game going on. There were numerous electric BBQs and an amphitheatre, where people were gathering for a treasure hunt around Brisbane. It felt sociable and safe. A good bit of respite from shopping and sightseeing -... More

This is by far my favourite park in Brisbane. Roma Street park always has a diverse mixture of friendly people, from the guys playing soccer to the kids practicing for a musical. There are always plenty of cool lizards as well :)

This park is not so large, but perfect for an hour city escape. The park has several paths which can be can be steep in places. Be wary of the spiders, there are webs everywhere off the beaten track, and for those who dont know, these spiders are not so friendly. Ideal place for a picnic with friends and family.

10 out of 10 would go to this park. Has many BBQ and nice picnic areas. Bring family and friends to play on the grass.

Parklands are on a hillside with great views back over the city. Beautiful trees and plants with shade from the hot sun. Great place to rest and relax away from the bustle of the city noise

We came for breakfast and stayed for a few hours, the kids ran around the park, we walked around the walkways under the walerfall and through the rain forest, the kids played in he park and we all went home for a rest - brilliant spot in the centre of the city.
