What a beautiful garden to walk around and enjoy the serenity. Plenty of wildlife for adults and children, a wonderful looking playground. Well worth the visit.

The day was great. The young ones will love to be able to see the lizards up to 40cms long swimming in the ponds and then later in the gardens. Plenthy of birds to watch from the ample seats and soft grass. Bring your water bottle, hat, sunscreen and a blanket.

Took an hour or so to jog round this park and thoroughly enjoyed it (apart from the huffing and puffing that is!). There's a wide range of flora on view, the lawns are well kept, and all the equipment (benches, swings, other kiddies' stuff, and so on) looked to be in very good condition. There was no litter anywhere. It... More

This is a great park and place to relax close to central Brisbane. Lovely trees, flowering plants, waterways etc. The main drawback is the cost of parking if you are driving here.. best to come by public transport.

What a magnificent treasure. Absolutely beautiful & perfect wedding venue too with magnificent cafe for reception. I have googled wedding venues in Brisbane a thousand times yet this place NEVER came up!! WHY??? So underrated & under advertised. Highly recommend a visit.

Worked at Qld Police HQ for 10 years overlooking this dump site. I was amazed at how they transformed in into a modern/park garden with little trains to go around and waterfalls, bridges. There's restaurants if you are hungry. Watch out for the frill neck lizards under the park seats. Beautiful flowers. Suitable for weddings or just relaxing and smelling... More

As a local to this area I often wander through here to the city. These gardens are beautiful to either wander through, sit and relax or have a picnic. They also have children's playgrounds and a small train that traverses the parkland.
