We hadn't been to the Treasury Casino in over 7 years and nothing's really changed. There were plenty of people about for late on a week night but absolutely no atmosphere. No music, no warmth, just dull. Like an RSL club with wealthier patrons.

Very disappointing. Desperately requires an upgrade. For a casino never have seen such a dirty smoking area. Staff not very friendly and the place has no atmosphere whatsoever. If you want a flutter go to a Club. Treasury Casino can't compare in every aspect.

Fairly standard Casino albeit with a splendid exterior - the one time Government Treasury Building. Filled with pensioners eking out their daily spend on 1c machines. One good thing is the special deal on meals if you join up. Oh yes, and a complimentary cold lemonade if you find yourself in the City in summer.

I was living in Brisbane last year, and I like to a flutter when it comes to roulette and pokies, now I am from the UK, and we don't have that many BIG casino's there, just handful that I've personally been too, so coming into this one was a treat, its got a HUGE main hall for gaming and plenty... Have a quick look at the place when visiting Brisbane for a day trip. Clean but small casino. Nothing compare to Crown in Melbourne. Not much game choices. Security guy at the front during my short visit is friendly and helpful. Locker fee is expensive and you're not allow to bring in bags or back packs.

When we travel to Brisbane we usually like to have a flutter at the casino so we like to stay at the casino accommodation across the park if one can get in early enough to secure a half decent price. Accomodation is suppose to be five star (maybe back in the 1980's) don't get me wrong usually a very comfortable... More

A nice little casino - the décor is really cool and heritage building is awesome. There are like 5/6 restaurants, 3/4 bars and plenty of accommodation to stay. The casino is in a great location. Walking distance to SouthBank and CBD, and is basically at the top of Queen Street Mall. Would recommend staying here for a central location, but... More

I was looking forward to going to the casino after travelling for two months, we turned up to the huge building which was really busy...we where at the end of our travels and not too well off so we looked for a cheap table, thinking there might be a five dollar a hand game of something...no luck. its the most... Lots of choice for your gaming and very good because it is a smoke free venue. Bar areas are rather small no real areas to meet and have a comfortable drink with friends if you are not into gaming machines and tables etc. Restaurants tick all boxes from the affordable to the extravagant.

It's a big casino, nothing else really. I wouldn't go out of my way to eat or drink here. Clientele are a mix of high-rollers (especially Chinese businessmen), gambling addicts and 18-to-20-year-olds who think it's classy. If you're into gambling or overly crowded bar areas, it's not bad, but if you're looking for a nice place to drink with friends,... More
