I really enjoyed my walk by the river, into the Botanic gardens and back to South Bank across the Goodwill Bridge. Such great views!

A memorable account , I 've been stuck in Hosp. for a good two months after having a mild stroke. I became friends with another patient. He would take me out in the wheel chair to get some fresh air. Once I become stronger I was able to go out for a few hours, so we caught a taxi there,... More

Sooo relaxing with grassed embankments, tropical gardens and a walkway along the Brisbane River. Plenty of coffee shops and inexpensive cafes and other food outlets. Markets on Friday, Saturday and Sundays and of course the man made beach and swimming area,

This is a great place to unwind, relax, find a great place to eat. There are so many eateries you will not know where to start and stop.
