Great venue we sat on stage at a table veryyyyy close to performers a bit too close really but at least there were no heads in the way. Very comfy seats and lots of close by parking

We went to see the ballet "Red shoes" a show built on H.C.Andersen story and the moral is don't be greedy you end up a lone and lonely.

Having performed in every space here, enjoyed a glass of wine and a meal at it's various venues, and seen countless shows, QPAC has moved and changed over the years. I remember it's opening (with limited electricity, due to power outages), it's flooding (amid a harrowing time for Brisbane) and the first time I performed on the Lyric stage. This... More

I feel the concert hall is rather a bit too small for works that require a big orchestra & choir. The sound is OK in the hall.

QPAC is the home to Qld's performing arts companies & last night we enjoyed a superb programme of ballets called Flouirish. The facilities at QPAC after the renovations have been significantly improved & are world standard. The position of the centra adjacent to the Brisbane river enhances the visitor's enjoyment of this cultural precinct.

The QPAC concert hall is renowned for its acoustic. The Qld Symphony Orch. is in top form and together they guarantee a very superior experience.

The QPAC actually has several venues. I've only been in one of them. It appears at least some of the venues share the same lobby area. The auditorium I was in had sight lines that were good from all seats. It certainly was comfortable enough. And the performance was enjoyable, as well.
