Its a very nice city, but I found the experience quite boring. I must admit to doing these sorts of cruises in other cities, but this was not to scratch. The sound system on the boat was poor, did not hear most of the commentary, and noisy passengers talking about other things just made the trip uninteresting. I just wanted... More

We enjoyed our trip, it was very informative. Good clear, easy to listen to, interesting commentary. A good range of food and drinks available on board, all fairly and reasonably priced. The food is basic but fills a hole! Friendly helpful staff. The only criticism is that there are not enough seats upstairs so you end up sitting on storage... More

Lovely cruise, had a nice meal on there. Chicken filo superb. Only thing was the lad that worked on the boat didn't know what he was doing but, was accommodated by a girl who could help me. Other than that I recommend to everyone.

We learnt a lot during our 90 minute cruise along the Brisbane River. The captain provided an informative commentary at a suitable pace and voice tone that matched the relaxing experience of being on the river.

I took the 10.30 cruise. It was very relaxed. The commentary was very good and contained lots interesting information. We were given free tea and scones as part of the cost of the trip. The crew were polite and helpful to everyone during the trip.

If you want a nice relaxing city cruise with an informative and entertaining commentary then this is ideal, especially if you do not have too much time. We were on a cruise and decided we wanted a little more than a trip on the free Rivercat. From the friendly staff at the ticket office on the quay to the crew... More

Lunch time cruise 1230 to 1400 , Adults $29, Seniors $24. My sister and I boarded at Jetty A, South Bank Parklands a stones throw from the Ferris Wheel. The boat is a lovely old ferry. The day was overcast and only a small number of passengers which was great not having so many on board. You can purchase lunch,... More

Take the 10:30 trip and alight at Newstead - cross the creek for a beer off the wood at Breakfast Creek Hotel. Beautiful views from Newstead Park. Cruise was excellent with quirky and informative commentary -enough to be educational but laid back for a relaxing journey. Would definitely recommend

The staff are very professional and you get a very informative trip as you go up the river. The captain takes a trip down memory lane with lots of interesting facts of why the river was important to the people of Brisbane and what goes on today along the river. There are two tours each day. The boat stops off... More
