It has a few good and expensive restaurants and a few tacky cheap ones a well and the river activity is quite interesting but somehow this place lacks something. Worth a visit if you are looking for a variety of restaurants

With a wealth of eateries the boardwalk is a great spot to walk, grab a bite to eat or get transport via the ferry. Lots of quality food options such as George's for seafood, Grilld for a quick burger or Kingsleys for nice steak and great bars such as Fridays!

From cafes to restaurants to wonderful walking track along the Brisbane River, this place has it all. It is so relaxing watching the water or even the people watching the water and get a bit of exercise along the boardwalk. A must to do if you either live in or visit Brisbane.

Popular walking and cycling path. Very clean and beautifully maintained. Nice to watch the hive of activity on the river and walk amongst the beautiful buildings.

I have read others reviews and it seems to be only about the food, for us the restaurants lacked atmosphere apart from a river view, which can be found all along the Brisbane river. The Sunday market is worth a look small but interesting and the broad walk along this stretch of river is great for a stroll.

I took the FREE Bus #26 on Adelaide Street and FREE City Loop Ferry (red boat) on March 12, 2015. Both bus and ferry boat use the Eagle Street Pier as their starting/stopping point. I took the FREE bus at the City Center, on Adelaide Street. Its route includes various tourist spots; along the way is the stop for the... More

I was strolling along here after dinner and couldn't believe how beautiful the city I live in really is! The lights on the Story Bridge reflect off the water so it's very picturesque. Dinner and a stroll are a must on those special dates.
