We are foreign visitors to Brisbane and have visited Brisbane twice over the last 18months. We have on both occasions visited Eagle street peer a number of times to meet friends, eat in the many restaurants on the river banks and use the pier after traveling on the river hopper. It also offers the ideal access to tour the city... More

As with most of Brisbane, this area has been planned well to not only provide access to the ferry and river cat system, but also the pleasure cruises that operate daily. It has quite a number of eateries and various shops (but from what I have been told, are very overpriced), as one would expect from this type of area.

Try the many restaurants and bars, walks along the boulevard, or catch a ferry ride. Great place to just chill out. !!

So many options to catch up with family and friends and enjoy a great meal and coffee. Ferry terminal onsite means you are close to ...where ever you need to be next.

We sat back on Sunday night with the full moon, Story Bridge lit up and people watched whilst enjoying a lovely bottle of Sauvignon Blanc at the Coffee Club. Later enjoyed delicious fish and chips and pizza and an overall beautiful way to spend our last night in Brisbane. Family friendly and you can ride your bike or stroll along... More

We had a lovely a la carte meal at one of the restaurants then a drink at one of the bars and then caught the free ferry to explore the river stops. This is a great location to just have a drink and people watch or a lovely meal for people of all ages and tastes

Great to go to, see the river, sit and chat, sit and eat. Ferries and river cats come and go from here. Different price range restaurants, touristy shops.
