Good value with a go card, runs frequently and reliably, great wat to fill in a few hours, or get around quickly up and down the river, jump on and off wherever you like.

A nice ride with good photo opportunities for the CBD and also the various bridges along the Brisbane river. Chatty staff that sometimes even gives you some more detailed information about happenings than travel guides do.

There are so many places where you can jump on and off along the Brisbane River, so you can be assured that you will be able to get to where you want to, with out the hassle of road traffic. Great way to see the Brisbane City, and enjoy a nice river trip. Staff very helpful, and can direct you... More

Clean, fast, efficient but a tad expensive. This really is a fun way to get around Brisbane and is also just a fun way to cruise the river. Kids love it too. Staff are usually pretty helpful and friendly.

Found out after we paid for tickets on the City Cat that there is a free City Hopper if you're not going far. Was a nice way to travel in the City though and it seems the City Cat is more frequent than the free City Hopper.

Free transport in a city is wonderful and as a tourist it gave me the chance to go and look along the river at no cost. Wish Perth had the same.

An easy way to see the city sights with convenient hop on an off. A bonus it that its a free service for commuters but its a nice way to see the river sights at your own pace.

The city cat runs every 15 mins and it stops at numerous wharfs which allow holiday makers/travelers to move around with ease. Staff are friendly and helpful

My wife and I are both professional people and both have well paying jobs. However, when we had an interstate visitor up for a few weeks, we decided off the cuff to take the City Cat Ferry up the Brisbane River and back again to show off the Brisbane sky line and river areas. I don't know what his job... More

We went from one end of the river to the other for about $5. One of the cheapest 2 1/2 hour trips we have ever had. Began with breakfast at Northshore Riverside Cafe at the Ferry terminal. This is a really enjoyable day out for both locals and visitors
