Compared with a few years ago, this ferry is much improved. I don't find Brisbane to be nearly as interesting as Australia's four other mainland State capitals which I would rank in order of preference as Melbourne, Perth and Adelaide equal second then Sydney fourth - but nonetheless CityCat should be a 'must see' for Brisbane visitors. more

The CityCat is a great way to see Brisbane. Just take ra ide up and down the river and get on and off when you want. It's super fast and efficient and good value for money. more

Buy a day ticket for the City Cat and ride up and down major parts of the river, stop for lunch on one side of the downtown and then ride the rest of the river. Great views of the city and houses alond the river. more
