Wonderful way to see Brisbane! Traveled from the North Quay stop down to St Lucia and back a few times. Could not be easier. Ask the staff when you board for help buying and using the city-wide Go Card; they are more than eager to help. Smooth ride, different perspective on the city.

Travelled the length of the City Cat route from Queensland Uni and return. Gives a totally different insight into this growing city on the river. Several great stopping points, highly recommended are Southbank for the parks, incredible swimming pool, vast choice of cafes and restaurants and of course the Museum and Art Galleries, Riverside also for the large variety of... Really neat bus-type system that allows you unique views of the city. Clean and safe way to travel around Brisbane while enjoying the beautiful weather the city has to offer.

Buy a GoCard and see Brisbane on the cheap. You can go up and down the Brisbane River in about 2-hours and see Brisbane in a very relaxed way. The cost is about $4 dollars per person. This is a lot cheaper than going on a 2-3 hour Brisbane River cruise. You can have lunch at many places but the... More

My husband and I recently had an impromptu ride on the CityCat from Hamilton Northshore. We jumped off at Teneriffe and had a coffee at a local bakery. A lovely way to spend an hour or 2 especially as we were celebrating our wedding anniversary.

If you are a visitor to Brisbane there is no better way to view the city from the river. It is a very pleasant and interesting ride and Bulimba, New Farm Park and Southbank are just a few of the stops that are worth getting off at. Children seem to love riding the City Cats so it is a cheap... More

Whenever I have family or friends visit me in Brisbane I take them for a ride on the City Cat. they are always surprised at how beautiful the river and surrounds are. A wonderful way to spend a couple of hours. Much longer if you hop off for a stroll at Southbank or New Farm Park or any of the... More

A great way to see the city from a different perspective. Economical cruising, get on and off at different places. e.g. Southbank, an experience in itself, New Farm park, relax and picnic, Riverside, shopping and restaurants, and many other places. Great for everyone.
