Great way to see the city on the water

Cheaper than a boat cruise! Go to New Farm stop and enjoy the powerhouse museum or just the lovely grassed banks, then head back to the CBD.

Easy drop off areas - both in the city and South Bank - you can use to little cross river ferries to jump to Kangaroo point - for Jazz at The Jazz Club and the Storey Bridge Hotel!!

Sister loved this boat ride as a tourist. Evening time is great to see the lights at dusk. Great way to get around the city, boats and clean and the operators are a hoot. Cheap option at $5 for two hours unlimited.

The CityCat Ferry is a fabulous way to see Brisbane and its river suburbs. Its fun, you will see stubbing homes, warehouse developments, working ship yards and a river full of activity. kids love it and seniors delight in it - there is always something for everyone on the river.

This time when we visited brisbane we purchased go cards which saved us loads of money. We travelled along the river and the staff advised us of the best restaurants, parks ans attractions that brisbane has to offer. What brilliant service and allowed us to try different places.. Easier than finding cash and our knowing our next destination. We just looked... More

Buy a Go Card, load it with some Aus $, swipe when you get on and again when you get off Cat ferry. Direct easy access to many great places; modern and fast ferry service. Currently some terminals are being refurbished; check before you go that your destination is open.

The City cat is a great way to travel . Unbelievably , it's the same cost as a bus or train and uses go card . It's been on time when I have used it . With the exception of south bank with its millions of visitors the stops are swift . You have the enjoyment of being on the... More

We always take new visitors on a round trip. Just gives another side to the city. Great to get on and off if you have the time to explore.

Exciting, inexpensive way of getting around Brisbane, from the river. The speed and efficiency of the cats are only matched by the beauty of the river. Great stuff.
