Went around 11pm and the view just amazing. Reminded me a little of San Francisco. If you're in Brisbane, head up one night. You won't regret it.

Easy access from city or suburbs. Vast views of Brisbane city, suburbs and close country areas. On a fine day even views to Moreton Island in Moreton Bay. Travelling by car is easy to drive to this location. Compass points are very interesting for location of various areas of the wide-spread suburbs of this capital of Queensland.

I drove up the mountain last week very early in the morning to see the spectacular view of Brisbane blanketed by a fog. It was amazing. I have lived in Brisbane all my life and would have to say this is must do.

Wonderful place to visit during the day to get a birds eye view of Brisbane and beyond. Even more spectacular in the evening watching the city lights. You can take a picnic lunch or get a coffee and food from the café. Great to go up to the lookout just for desert. Overseas visitors love it when we take them... More

Breathtaking views of the CBD, the suburbs, greater Brisbane and beyond. The weather was excellent during the afternoon of Friday 24th April 2015 when we drove up. Parking can be limited sometimes, given the popularity of the lookout and the facilities. At the lookout is the Summit Restaurant, the Kuta Cafe that sells ice-cream, drinks and food, and a gift... The best way to get here in my opinion is by bicycle. A bit of a climb but most experienced cyclist will have no problems, recreational cyclist will find a sense of achievement. Beautiful area and the reward is fabulous views.

Great dessert with gorgeous views, little chilly due to wind & can be difficult to find a park if there's an event on. Great place to visit - ice cream is a must have :)
