The lookout provides one of the best Brisbane city overview, I would recommend to visit in the evening or before sunrise. For a bit sense of adventure, take the scenic drive that encircling the mountain, this one is best during the day. For food and drinks, I think it would be wise (and cheaper) to bring your own rather than... More

Well worth travelling up to the top where there is a restaurant and the views are spectacular. Wonderful place to take panaramic photos!

Great view of the city and it's location. If possible make it up here by night to see the city in it's full buzzing night-glow.

A wonderful view, with plenty of room to sit and enjoy the lookout. Nothing to do in terms of activities while you're there, but worth taking a drive to visit.

Obviously this has one of the best views down onto Brisbane CBD, but it also has some lovely food options, casual and fine dining. Always worth a trip when in Brisvegas

On a clear and sunny day, you can not only see all off Brisbane 360 degrees, but also can see the ocean and Morton Island. I beautiful place for a romantic dinner, or just to enjoy the scenery.

If you're interested in seeing Brisbane from high and afar, this is the place to go. Nearby restaurants offer an interesting option for a lunch with a view.

The view of Brisbane is ideal for the visitor and tourist. Facilities are good however the food is costly at the cafe. However it is a must trip for anyone that wants to explore Brisbane on a good clear da.

I've been to Brisbane many times and haven't previously made the trip out west to the Mount Coot-tha lookout due to time/travel constraints. However on my recent visit my family and I went up to the lookout in the evening to see the lights of the city and I wished I had made the time on previous visits as the... More

If you're a tourist in Brisbane, it's worth visiting Mount Cootha to see the city in it's best form! It is very sunny on a hot day and can be windy as well but it's a beautiful spot to take in Brisbane's geography. It can be a bit tricky parking so perhaps car-pool where you can. The cafe is a...
