$15 pp to sit in a small ferris wheel a little while (13minutes?) to see a boring view? .. I think this is quite the tourist trap and my parents fell right for it, i didn't want to be left behind so i went on too. The highlight was getting out of the 30 degree weather and into some air... more

If you have ever ridden a ferris wheel then it about the same thing. Its a quick ride that gives you a birds-eye perspective of the city. more

This is Brisbane's version of the London Eye, not as big as the Eye but it still gives a great view from the gondola to the CBD and also over South Bank and the surrounding suburbs. Each gondola is air conditioned, and the information at the Wheel says that at the heighest point, you are 60 metres above the ground.... more
