Several options for gluten free food at these markets.. Indian, jacket potato, salads, sushi. Don't hesitate to go twice since the stalls were different each time.

I found the markets fantastic with so many food choices it was hard to make up my mind. The food was very good and reasonably priced. I found some quaint gifts for family members with a large variety to choose from.

An excellent beach market with great views, huge range of food and stalls, can get very busy for the claustrophobic :)

Visited the markets on Thursday and the sunset was magnificent. The markets have many good food stalls and clothing, jewellery stalls it is a family atmosphere and well worth the trip. Mid to low tides make for a great time to walk to dog or bring the kids down. You can also access sky city casino and little mindil. For a cliff top view head north and there is a track that takes you to the gazebo overlooking the beach.

There is every conceivable type of food on sale at the Mindil Markets. There are various types of goods sold at the many stalls. The fruit is beautiful. Hundreds of people flock down to the beach and create a carnival style atmosphere as the sun begins to set. One minute the sun is enormous, then the colours begin to change... More

Visited the street market here on a Sunday evening. Lots of food stalls together with crafts and clothing. Very relaxed atmosphere. Lovely sunsets. Easily accessible from CBD by bus. Well worth a visit for a couple of hours. The spontaneous round of applause for the sunset was lovely.

Do not miss these markets. We went on the Sunday which apparently is a bit quieter, but there were heaps of people and a great atmosphere. There are the usual art and craft stalls but the best part is the food stall section. You will want to try everything on offer as the variety is so great.! Do not miss... More
