Children loved the water slides, and it also had a great little water play area for the younger children, the pool was also very good. Couldn't believe that it was FREE

I worked beside this park for 3 weeks, people were evacuated from water nearly everyday due to hygiene hazard. Locals kept "dropping a few floating friends off in the lake". Absolutely disgusting

A Fun park in the northern suburbs with lots of free water activities for kids of all ages. Waterslide & lagoon. BBQ areas. Good for all ages and used all year round because of the tropical climate.

This free water park is amazing and fun for all ages. There are huge, fast waterslides for most children/teens and adults. The little ones can enjoy their own small, fun and safe waterslides or even in the man made lagoon. There is even a playground with swings and slides. The park is closly supervised by many trained lifeguards and their... More

My brother had just arrived in Darwing; so we decided to keep him cool by spending an afternoon at Leanyer with him. The slides are great fun and the lagoon is great to relax in. Perfect place for kids birthdays or just a family day out as there are BBQz as well.

Park offers bigger slides for the bigger kids (and adults) and a fantastic area for the little ones, with a quiet lake area for those wanting seclusion! plenty of areas to have a picnic with shade all over the park - also offering a playground.

Three visits in the week we were in Darwin says it all. Our kids loved this place and all free, which is quite amazing. A real family oasis and escape from the heat. Highly recommended.

Free waterpark with 3 water slides, toddler's play area and a manmade shallow lake. My children loved it. We went after the school holidays so it wasn't crowded and didn't have to queue for the slides but I can imagine it being difficult to find a shady spot when swamped. We got a lift there and back and it took... More
