This is probably the best tour to see Indigenous Aboriginal Art from Darwin. Its a long day of travel, but worth your effort. Be rewarded with an excellent commentary by a local Indigenous guide from Gumbalanya and getting up close with art that is thousands of years old. Majestic views from the lunch location as you enjoy great cuisine. Some... More

Tour was excellent. Guide was very knowledgable and helpful. Saw some magnificent views and rock art. Was very good to hear about aboriginal culture from the local aboriginal guide.

this was a highlight of our stay in Darwin. The tour was excellent and very professional. Our tour guide Lockey was one of the best tour guides I have had in our travels. he gave such a good commentary while we travelled that it added immensely to the experience. the walk up injalek hill was led by a delightful indigenous... The Arnhemland experience was much more than expected. Roland our Aboriginal guide was exceptional, he's knowledge and help was greatly appreciated. The views from Gunbalanya Rock, and of the community, billabongs and wetlands was truly amazing. Thank you to Simon who showed us around the Injalak Arts & Crafts Centre, and told us how the screen printing and painting where... More

Was picked up by Lords Safari (Sab & Locki) in the morning with another 4 pax for the Arnhemland day tour. - Sab is very knowledgeable about the history of northern territory having been in this business for a long time, he has great connection with the aboriginals, knowing quite a number by names. - Our first stop was the... Excellent tour with very knowledgable and friendly guides. Laid-back atmosphere but some energy and fitness required to climb Injalak Hill! Impressive art centre (authentic, unlike some outlets in the city). The view from the lunch location is to die for! Such beautiful scenery, a real "must do" day tour.

A fantastic experience. Having someone who knows the history of the past and what's happening in the present gives a whole picture of Arnhem Land and the people who live there. Obviously Sab has a love of this land and its people and he has given us a glimpse of this world. Beautiful views, amazing rock paintings from so long... More

Petra picked us up before dawn for our three hour drive from Darwin to Arnhem Land. This was one of our most memorable accomplishments in our three week tour of Australia. The drive was comfortable and we especially enjoyed the small group. We went on a tour of Kakadu with AAT Kings the day before and the large group forced... More

Our day tour was the meat in the sandwich of a three day trip to Kakadu National Park. Guided tours are the only way to visit Arnhemland. You go on a 4 wheel drive vehicle via Cahill's Crossing of the East Alligator River. Our knowledgeable and enthusiastic guide Doug showed us plenty of rock art together with a visit to... More
