The cruise was a great combination. An excellent 4 course meal, a boat with real character and atmosphere, and a totally relaxing tour around the beautiful Darwin harbour. I loved every minute. (I have been sea-sick before, but did not have any problems here). Most importantly, the crew were very friendly, but also professional and attentive.

This is the best way to spend 3 hours on a hot evening! This ship was great. It wasn't too big and the crew was delightful. We had a nice breeze as we sailed along and enjoyed our dinner beginning with fresh oysters, prawns, salads and a choice of steak or salmon that was very generous serving! Cheesecake was available... Chose this cruise after reading reviews on TA. We couldn't be happier. The fresh seafood including all you could eat prawns and oysters were fantastic. The staff were super friendly and the captain gave bits of info on points of interest. The steak or fish were cooked perfectly and the cheese cake finished off the meal really well. The sunset... As a solo traveller I found this sunset cruise fantastic. The whole experience was seamless and the staff highly professional. The food was fresh, delicious and plentiful. The raw oysters were my favourite. The way the tables were arranged on the dining deck allowed for privacy or socialising. I was immediately invited by friendly passengers to join their table and... Tossing up between this one and the Charles Darwin, I'm so glad we chose this one. We sailed past the CD and they were inside, small windows, and eating buffet style. We were seated upstairs and in a corner which was lovely as we had huge views. Staff were attentive and quick to serve drinks which were moderately priced. Entree... More

Six of us (mostly new Darwinites) cruised on 1 Nov. What an absolute surprise! The trip started on time, we were allocated tables and staff introduced themselves. It was a small, oldish but well maintained boat with approx space for 30 people on the main deck and spots for about 10 to 20 on the upper deck. Immediately dips were... More

Most enjoyable dinner cruise. Beautiful sunset, excellent staff. The Seafood was delightful and plenty of it. We were celebrating our 40th Wedding anniversary, so it became a wonderful evening. Plus when they bought our desert we had sparkles to celebrate. Great way to finish off the evening. We took our own bottles of wine on the trip which they keep... More

The staff were very tentative and went out of there way to make sure all was just right, the food was plentifull and very fresh, just... More

What a wonderful dinner cruise this was. The seafood was fresh and plentiful and the steak was cooked just how I ordered it. Plenty of salads and fresh bread followed by a simple but tasty lemon cheesecake for dessert. The open boat was perfect to view the magnificent Darwin sunset. The weather was perfect and the boat motored along at... More
