My daughter and I went to the Camel farms and went on a 45 minute camel ride. The trainers were helpful and knowledgeable, and the ride was substantial. I learned a lot about camels and how instrumental they were to settling the desert areas of the continent. Well worth the investment - educational, interesting and fun!

This whole tour was incredible, cannot fault it all. Thanks to Chester (our camel) for a great trip and the whole team at the tour were funny and protective.

I have always wanted to ride a camel and so I got my chance. I rode a camel called Apollo, and the way they have all the camels hitched together means you have a camels head right by you if you are sitting on the back seat. I made friends with that camel too. The camels are happy and well... More

Had lovely camels and knowledgeable and helpful tour guides. Did the camels to sounds of silence ride, however would be very keen on trying a sunrise or sunset ride if I ever went back. I think all of these tours would be amazing and a must for all animal lovers!! They are quite expensive but well worth it - can't... More

My husband and I wanted to do something different for our anniversary during the day and we are so glad we chose a camel ride. The staff are warm, friendly, professionally and humorous. It was a great experience riding a camel for the first time, and we were so thrilled we got to do it with Kata Tjuta as our... More

I never thought riding a camel could be so much fun! What a great experience. We took the afternoon "Express" tour and it was enough time to get a good experience and enjoy a few minutes visiting the baby camels.

Fandamtastic! Early rise to the camel farm, meet the guides, meet the camels (they are very gentle and do not bite) the guides are very instructive and walk you thru the proper way to mount the camel; the saddle is very comfortable and the camel is a steady ride.....the ride thru the outback is great, you sit very high so... We took the Camel tour to the Sounds of Silence dinner, and it was one of the best decisions we made on our trip. The view was just beautiful, the guides were good fun and knowledgable and the other guests at the dinner were very jealous when they watched us arrive on our camels!

I did the sunrise camel tour and it was awesome. The camels are lovely and it is a leisurely, and surprisingly comfortable, ride to a great look out spot with views to Uluru and Kata Tjuta. It is lovely to watch the sun rise and great photo opportunities. The guides are great and provide excellent and informative commentary throughout the... More
