It's easy to see why a new visitors centre has bee constructed and is about to open. The current museum is small and in need of a spruce up, as is the cafe, while the informative video was screened in a double garage behind the cafe. Entrance fee steep for a family of 4 ($36 for approx 30 minute visit)... More

Learnt a lot about where and how the Flying Doctors operate. Incredible the distances serviced. All people we spoke to working here very friendly and helpful. More

I have known about the Flying Doctor service since I was at school in the UK, and was keen to visit this centre. Unfortunately, it was partly closed in early March as a new building was under construction and part of the old building was being refurbished and decorated. However, the video presentation was informative and we enjoyed our visit.... More

The RFDS is a critical service to Australia and it is very interesting to learn about the history of the service and to see how things operate. More

We enjoyed the informative movie, but when we visited the museum was closed due to renovation. We still had to pay the full entrance fee, which we decided to consider as a donation. More
