Just meeting Brolga, Kangaroo Dundee was fanastic and a educational experience. Walking “The Bush” with Brolga as the kangaroos are waking up from their day-time sleep. Brolga pointed out the plants, trees etc. that was not only important to the Roos but to the Aborigines as well. He gave everyone a chance to hold “BOB” the baby. Lots of chances... More

Brolga is a selfless and caring individual that makes you want to help out baby joeys, even if you're just a visitor. Holding a joey is a wonderful experience and it pushes you even more to want to help save kangaroos. I would recommend this to anyone who loves animals.

This was an eye-opening an very educational experience everyone should have the chance to appreciate. We are so grateful to have had this opportunity to learn more about kangaroos. It was especially heartwarming to learn how their young are cared for at the Kangaroo Sanctuary when the mothers are killed on the roads. The chance to see kangaroos up close... More

The Kangaroo Sanctuary was probably one of the two highlights of my entire stay in Alice Springs. It was just a wonderful experience.

I had never heard of The Kangaroo Sanctuary in Alice Springs or Brolga and his TV show, but was thoroughly impressed with this tour and the hands on experience with the roos. Brolga was enthusiastic, approachable, knowledgable and patient. Both my young kids loved holding a joey and we have never learned so much about kangaroos before!

A wonderful experience. We had not seen the programmes on BBC TV, "Kangaroo Dundee", but visited because we'd read about Brolga and his work. It was an amazing experience; all the more so because it was for the benefit of the kangaroos, not tourists. Don't expect cafes, gift shops or toilets, because there aren't any. What you do get is... Words cannot express how much we enjoyed our evening with Brolga and his kangaroos. From arriving there we were escorted around and educated about the Kangaroos and their plight with traffic. We were introduced to Bob, an orphan and had the pleasure of having a little cuddle. Once the sun went down we were amazes by all the Kangaroos appearing... More

Great trip well worth the money. The Kangeroos are just waking up when you get there. By the time you leave you will have seen plenty of Kangeroos including joeys being hand reared.,

We got to cuddle Bob , the cutest little Joey while learning all about the Kangaroos . Don't expect a gift shop or even toilets... More
