Brolga has a deep love and respect for his mob and you come to see this during your tour of his private sanctuary. Brolga allowed us to experience first hand how tender and delicate baby kangaroos are by letting you carry around a little joey in a pillowcase. What an experience. The tour puts you into the natural habitat with... More

After seeing the Kangaroo Dundee documentaries we decided we absolutely had to come here while we were in Australia for the year. The whole experience was beyond what we could have imagined. Nothing compares to the feeling of walking through the sanctuary as the sun goes down and watching the kangaroos waking up from their afternoon naps and come hopping... More

This was brilliant Chris was great and fame has certainly not gone to his head. Gave a lot of good advice about what to do when you see a dead kangaroo on the side of the road. This is a must do would do again. Everyone in the small group gets to hold a joey for at least 5-10 minutes.... More

Brolga is an inspiration. Compassionate, interested in visitors, but above all dedicated to his cause, his babies and his mob. Visitors gain an insightful education about our most widely known animal icon. We left having gained knowledge that we couldn't have obtained from books. What a privilege to have been allowed to hold his babies and walk through his reserve.

Brolga has dedicated his life to build a sanctuary for animals that are neither endangered or uncommon. Rather, he built it due to his compassion for living things, regardless of their rarity. In a world of millions of tourist attractions, this is one of the few that is genuine, unpretentious, and a testament to kindness.

I decided to book the sunset tour for my friend (from U.K), who was staying with us for the week. It had received great reviews and had also been recommended by a friend. The tour was fantastic - Brolga was very charismatic and a great tour guide. We learnt so much about rescuing kangaroos and the work done by Brolga... More

After more then one year living in Alice Springs, the 4th of September we finally booked a sunset tour at the Kangaroo Sanctuary. Centre Bush Bus came to pick us up from home and drove us to the sanctuary where Brolga welcomed us around 5.30 pm and then we had a very nice walk around the sanctuary, meanwhile we were... More

It is a really special experience to meet Brogla and to see how much passion he puts in the help for his little "joeys" (young kangaroos). We weren't aware how famous this guy is in Australia. But after talking with him we understood why And we even stopped later during our travel for a dead kanagroo, looking if there is... More
