We took the Emu Run Day Tour out to the magnificent West Macdonnell Ranges in July joining a friendly group numbering 21, visiting Standley Chasm, Ormiston Gorge, Glen Helen Gorge, Ellery Creek and Simpsons Gap - all stunningly beautiful but Ellery Creek probably our favourite, just sorry we forgot our bathers! The day was relaxed, tucker plentiful, toilet stops regular... More

I did a 3 day tour of Uluru, Kata Tjuta and Kings Canyon. There were 21 in the group in total and we all got on really well. But you've never had the feeling of 21 people there was always enough space. My guide knew how to motivate us to get up 5am and not being grumpy. He knew a... More

I have just come back from a three day tour with Emu Run and what an amazing experience it was. The tour was exceptionally organised, our tour guide James was a fountain of knowledge and not only showed passion for what he was showing us, but he also had a great sense of humour that bought our group together! I... More

We did a 3 day tour of Uluru, Kata Tjuta and Kings Canyon. There were 9 in the group in total and we all got on really well. We had Simon (Simmo) as a guide and he was very knowledgeable not just about the area, but Australia in general as well as Abororiginal history. He really helped to bring the... More

Thanks James & Richard for a truly unforgettable experience. Loved your enthusiasm for what you do and your humor made it even more enjoyable (tire tree!). Loved the unexpected surprise of the salt lake & so glad you showed it to us. Marvelous territory. Sunset dinner was awesome. Something for the whole family to enjoy. Could not have been a... More

Have just finished a fantastic 3 day trip to Uluru, Kata Tjuta and Kings Canyon. Our travel guide James, showed how passionate his is on the culture of Uluru and the surrounding area is to the aboriginals. The stories were not just read from a piece of paper, but came from within. For the 21 of us on the trip,... More

Unforgettable experience, was amazing and very educational. Would definitely recommend this tour to anyone. Our tour guide James made the experience so special, both well educated and a good character. He was able to connect with us and make it extremely special. Without him this would have been a normal tour and nowhere near as special. Be prepared for early... More

We had a wonderful time on this tour, our guide (Simon) is very informative and cool, he has a very good knowledge about Australian geographic landscape and also aboriginal culture. Bus and camping sites are great. Everything is comfortable and the meals are so good. There's really nothing to complain.
