This was the best attraction we visited in the Northern Territory. The sunset was spectacular and Malcolm the guide informative - great value for money. Our camel (dromedary ?) was called 'Doc', was well behaved and added to the enjoyable ride for two novices. We were invited to taste the dates grown on a local farm - all part of... More

I decided the day before to take an one hour ride on a dromedary (dromedary not camels). The owners were very friendly and helpful. They picked me up at Alice and after the tour I was brought back to the resort (without additional costs). I thought i could ride by myself but the dromedaries were tied in a row with... More

Don't leave Alice Springs without doing the sunset camel ride. If you don't have much time to spare, this activity is ideal - it combines a pick-up and drop off from your hotel, a camel ride, the chance to experience the beautiful MacDonnell national park, with all the sights and sounds of the bush. There is also an interesting museum... More

I went on a sunset camel ride with Pyndan Camels last month but I can´t say much about it. I enjoyed the whole experience, because I love animals, but it wasn't what I had expected. We were picked up in Alice Springs by someone who worked at Pyndal (a young blonde man who wore sunglasses and didn´t seem very friendly,... More

One of the best activities on our holiday, so much fun! Our kids loved it and even though they only infants they were able to come along on our laps and were free. Very beautiful trek in nice tranquil surroundings at sunset. It was relaxing and the camels of course were just graceful.
