This really was fun riding a camel. The camels were well trained. They knelt down, I hopped on, they limbered up and first we walked, then we jogged a bit. Ouch! Bouncing up and down. Lots of fun, and not expensive.

This was a lovely relaxing adventure. My guide James was very friendly and knowledgable with lots of laughs along the way. The views on the sunset tour were amazing. Don't forget to take your phone or a camera for pics along the way. I drove myself out to Pyndan Camel Tracks and it was very easy to find.

I went on a sunset view tour led by Malcolm and it was one of the best tours I've done. Even though the weather wasn't very permitting, and wet (the worst for 30 years), the ride was very pleasant. During the ride there were some areas where the camels weren't able to go, because of the fresh mud, but we... More

Its been the worst experience I have had in Alice Springs. I have been to Ulhuru, Olgas using a tour company and I have been to the reptile center, transport hall of fame, Desert park etc It was an evening I would rather forget!!!!!!'. The ride was horrible, the camel, "desert princess", I think had kyphosis (no disrespect to her,... More

My partner and I were ecstatic about going for a camel ride and the experience turned out to be much *much* better than we had anticipated! From the incredibly hospitable host and guide (James) to the cheeky camels who escorted us on our hour-long journey through the Outback, this day couldn't have got any better. We were also lucky enough... More

This was the best attraction we visited in the Northern Territory. The sunset was spectacular and Malcolm the guide informative - great value for money. Our camel (dromedary ?) was called 'Doc', was well behaved and added to the enjoyable ride for two novices. We were invited to taste the dates grown on a local farm - all part of... More

I decided the day before to take an one hour ride on a dromedary (dromedary not camels). The owners were very friendly and helpful. They picked me up at Alice and after the tour I was brought back to the resort (without additional costs). I thought i could ride by myself but the dromedaries were tied in a row with... More
