Just rated as the best orchestra in Australia. I have been listening for many years and have watched the standard steadily improve. At their best they are very good indeed.

Until my health gave way, I was a regular subscriber to their concerts. It is, by any standard, a world-class ensemble, with great conductors, inspired programming, and an unbeatable concert hall location. It is one of life's great pleasures to be enthralled by their musicianship.

The venue is always busy and the symphony is fantastic. Their online system to book tickets works very well and we have never attended other than a stellar performance.

The sound filled the room, not a gap there-like a page of perfectly coloured in perfection. Nothing could have sounded more like Sunday morning sleep in glory!!
