To celebrate my birthday I hired a yacht complete with skipper, lunch and champagne. The service was great the food was terrific and we all sailed Sydney Harbour and enjoyed the day. I did the competent crewing course. The owner skipper of the boat spent the entire time telling us how good he was and whilst we were told what was on the syllabus, hardly anything on it was covered.
