Booked this tour because of the great reviews . Pick up was prompt and from the hotel unlike some other tours where you have to go to a central meeting point. From the start knew it was going to be a great day as Tristan the driver was so friendly. Visited 3 wineries in the morning 1 in the afternoon... More

Long day trip from Sydney with a two and a half hour ride each way; it was thoroughly enjoyable and very informative. We made stops at three wineries before lunch, one during the lunch stop, and one afterwards. With a cheese visit, olive and olive oil sampling and chocolate at the end, the day was decadent and a lot of... More

We booked the wine tour through the visitors and tourist bureau. The people who run the business were well organized and made the booking very easy. Michael was our tour guide. He was well informed of the history of Hunter Valley and the drive as well to wine country. He gave us brief information of Australia and some important facts.... More

Firstly, this is the first review i have ever made (and only because I was so impressed with Michael's wine tour) We've been coming to the Hunter every year for the past 7 years & we have been on about 6 wine tours (diffferent ones every year). And I must say, that Michaels would be the best so far, so... More

We did the wine tour with Brian as our driver, on Wednesday 23rd April. We visited about 5 different styles of vineyards, four of which involved very informative tastings in a private area with our tour party of about 17, and one where we had lunch only. Also included were tastings at an olive grove, chocolate and cheese shops. There... More

We visited 1 major winery and 4 smaller boutique wineries with lunch at blue tongue brewery with an hour to spend there. We got the included lunch, served almost instantly,... More

Absolutely wonderful time. Amazing wine, very good cheeses and chocolates. Lunch was a bit small but very good as well, and the beer was fantastic (but not included!). The reptile park was very professional and extraordinary, and they gave you enough wine for a darn good buzz. If you're visiting Sydney for the first time, and you can legally drink,... More

This tour was especially nice because it was a small group in a van, rather than some of the tours we took recently on the big coach buses with lots of people. Lindsay was our guide and was fun, knowledgeable and interesting. First stop was Australia Reptile Park. We were happy because the time was brief. We had just spent... More

We were spending five days in Sydney and it rained and rained. We decided that a wine tasting tour could happen even in the rain. Our guide, Jesse, was fantastic. He was able to give a running history of this area while we drove to Hunter Valley. He made sure we had umbrellas when we had to get out in... More
