This has been one of my worst travel experiences in years. And this is not a light complaint given my travels in Thailand, Indonesia and other SEA countries have been better this! First and foremost, my boyfriend and I were not able to dive at all because THE PLANE HAD TECHNICAL ISSUES. No information was shared, no announcement was made... More

The coach which picked up in city to drop at the diving spot had no AC and was a bit untidy. I ended up somewhere outside the landing zone. I think the person who helped me dive is quite new to whatever is is doing. My photos were missing in the pen drive and were ultimately uploaded to dropbox. Overall... More

Hi Sandeep, Thanks for booking with Sydney Skydivers. We have a minimum standard for instructor experience that is twice that of the required industry standard. Instructors need a minimum of 1,000 jumps before they may take on Tandem instructor duties and thats just before they can start training and is the minimum requirement. I had a quick look and your... What an amazing experience! From checking-in, to suiting up, to the training, to flying up to 9000 ft, to then jumping off a perfectly good airplane, to rushing back to earth only to float/fly down with just a parachute and Jason who made my first skydive exhilarating and safe. The staff was also so friendly and helpful. My wife and... More

Sydney Skydivers make it so smooth and convenient You feel absolutely safe when you know that your life is in hands of someone who has been doing this for ages (even before you were born). Greg has been skydiving since 1978 and he leaves no stone un-turned to make you feel comfortable. Great dive Should do it at least once

Thank you Sydney Skydivers for an amazing jump today. Cindi was fantastic and made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. I paid extra for the video and photos which was well worth the money and so glad I got them. Cindi showed the adrenaline and excitement of the whole day. The only negative would be the slight disorganisation when we... More

Hi David, Glad you enjoyed your skydive and yes Cindi is a great instructor. I was surprised at your comment in regard to: "The only negative would be the slight disorganisation when we reached the site" We have a very specific workflow for staff to follow and this should result in a smooth experience for our customers. Can you drop... More

This was a very easy experience to organise. We only had to make sure we were at the office by 6:45am in the morning and the rest was taken care of. The jump was well organised with no waiting and we were back in the CBD by 11:00am. Exceptional experience

Booked our jump with out hostel's agency & paid about 400 for the jump, photos & video. Headed to the office at Elizabeth road for paperwork and to get pick up to head to the drop zone. Place was easy to locate- about 10mins walk from where we stayed. Staff was friendly & helpful. Coffee and tea station was available... More

It is a good 90 minute drive from Sydney's Northern Beaches but it was a nice day and the trip was pleasant. The jump site was a little ramshackle, with portable style offices, iron sheds and a junkyard of old caravans (maybe they were usable, who knows). It had a very nice relaxed ambience and the scenery was very pretty.... More

Hi Sydernee, Glad to hear your Son enjoyed his skydive. Until recently the minimum age was 14 and is now 12 in Australia so great your son could jump. My Daughter did her first jump at age 9 with special permissions so I now how amazing it is to see your kids get a blast out of skydiving. I would... More

I was in Australia for a 3 week vacation in November 2011 with my sister and she wanted to do a Tandem skydive while we were there since the option is kind of limited in India. We first tried in Melbourne but we were unable to do the same since the weather conditions were not that great. In Sydney, we... More
