Beautiful Beach. Upon arrival we went to the restaurant just off the pier it was beautiful and even though it's touristy, the food was delish. The nature walk was okay.

Watson's Bay Tea Gardens - Really enjoyed this cafe. Outdoors. Just past the Doyle's take away Fish and Chips, continue walking past the beautiful Moreton Bay Fig Trees, then near the VYC you will find the delightful Tea Gardens. Better value than Doyle's. Would like to have lingered to enjoy the ambieance of a beach holiday, but we had a... More

Afternoons at Watsons Bay are the best. It has a chilled out vibe. Unless its v windy, the afternoon sun bathes all of Watsons Bay with its gentle glow. There is the great fish and chippery (complete with seagulls) or the pub or restaurant on the beach inviting all with a laid back, glad you came here to relax emphasis.... More

One of the highlights of our recent visit to Sydney. We took the first ferry (08:30) from Circular Quay and arrived in Watsons Bay just before 9am, which was a good thing as the area was still uncrowded. The Gap and the cliff side walk is absolutely stunning. It takes about an hour (strolling with photos) to do the walk... More

It's just a short ferry ride from Circular Quay through some of the nicest parts of Sydney Harbour to Watsons Bay, but it feels like another country. None of the hustle and bustle of Sydney, and the view of the Harbour Bridge and city skyline is certainly worth a few photos. Have fish & chips at Doyles on the wharf;... More

Just eat at Doyles Watsons Bay. If you are staying in the city you can get a ferry from Circular Quay right there and back. Great food and lovely ocean setting. A must if you are visiting Sydney.

The views are spectacular and reading the history at the light house was so interesting. the beach in the bay is so pretty and inviting ( take you swimmers) We rounded it off with a meal at the small...
