Get a ferry from circular quay and have a fish and chip meal on the waterfront at "Doyle's". Not cheap but well worth it!

There is so much to do here! Enjoy a walk up to the Gap and surrounding walkways for great views. Picnic with your own food or taken away from Doyle's. Eat by the water at a selection of 3 of Doyle's eating locations, with varied price points. Walk around to cam cove to enjoy a picnic, relax by the water... More

I loved the short ferry ride out to Watson's Bay from Circular Quay. Then there were plenty of cafes and eating places at the ferry area. I walked across the park and came across the wonderful cliff side views over the Sydney harbour and Heads. It was a good walk and then I came back to the ferry and it... More

Such a great little bay with views back to the city. Bay is quiet, with only the ferries going back and forth every half hour or so. There are many eateries which I thought were over priced but had great food. Take the walk thru the park up to the Gap and South Head

A friend suggested I go to Watersons Bay at around sunset as they views back on the harbour and bridge were spectaculor. I wasn't disappointed - it was beautiful. I also walked behind watsons bay to Gap - which is a pretty coastal walk.

Doyles is expensive ( let me cover that one straightaway) I went for a treat. Bucketlist stuff. The beach is lovely though I had a paddle and really enjoyed that.

Don't be spending a fortune in Doyles, bring your own picnic on the beach in this fantastic location. A lovely tranquil area to while away the hours.

To kill a bit of time we took the Ferry for a few stops before alighting at Watson's Bay. Like a lot of the little bays dotted around Sydney Harbour it is colourful, has a number of restaurants the best know of which is Doyle's.

Catch the ferry from Circular Quay - There is a famous place called Doyles where you will see celebrities and a fab pub called the Watsons Bay hotel- you can not go to Sydney and say you have seen it all until you go to Watsons bay- A short walk from the pub takes you to the ocean cliffs on...
