We took a taxi up to Watson's bay and loved the views. It's a beautiful part of Sydney and we will go back but this time will try and get accommodation there.

Take a ferry to Watson's bay and enjoy either a take away fish and chips looking at the stunning view of Sydney across the water. Or get a seat at Doyles and have a lovely seafood lunch with stunning views and great service. It is a must do trip when in Sydney.

Watsons Bay is very popular. It has lovely sunset views and we often go there in our boat and dine at Doyles for lunch. There is a lovely golden beach and calm water that is often clear and not too deep to wade in and have a swim or SUP board. An iconic Sydney spot and must visit. The lighthouse... More

This is a great place to go and enjoy some fish and chips and get away from the hustle and bustle from the tourist spots. It's a great place for family and friends and to hang out, and enjoy some sydney peace.

The ferry ride to Watson's Bay was hot and very crowded, don't expect to just hop on board, many people were left behind this weekend. But the Beach and bay is lovely worth taking the trip to visit

With a few hours to spare we found the trip over to Watson's Bay a perfect activity. We walked around the point to the light house past the nudist beach without being shocked and enjoyed the breath-taking views (not of the Nudists!) across to North Head. On return we lunched of fish and chips from the pub in the park.... More

Watason's Bay remains a lovely spot to visit. New lookouts near the bus stop provide a wonderful view of North Head. The easy access by public transport (bus and ferry) is another plus and should be taken advantage of by tourists and others. There are a variety of small shops and cafes within walking distance which gives the area some... More
