If you fancy a walk at a non-Sydney CBD location after you've had enough of the big sights, Parramatta, the 'next city' is the hub to visit. Of the many sights Parramatta has on offer, the Parramatta Riverside theatre is definitely a good pick. Here you can take in a matinee with a Chardonnay (possibly for a lot less than... More

Went to see the Beauty and the Beast Musical - the first time going to the one in parramatta! Had a lovely afternoon. Book the morning session, so you can try out the lovely restaurants after the show. Spent the rest of the afternoon in Westfields shopping! A little hiccup was finding our way to the theatre from the parking,... More

An exciting & edgy new production or so they said in the advertisement. Not having costumes and sets does not make it exciting or edgy. The cast changing costume on stage and sit around in the back ground does not make it exciting & edgy. Not knowing your lines or cues is not exciting or edgy. Out of 10 this... More

Had the pleasure of seeing Edwyn Collins at the Lennox Theatre, part of the Riverside complex in Parramatta, in mid January. The venue was hosting several acts during the Sydney Festival. The Lennox Theatre is a fantastic venue with capacity for approximately 250 people. It is quite steep from a seating perspective which means there isn't a bad seat in... More

Staff made sure that we were able to access with a wheel chair and stored it safely. Close to restaurant district and excellent performance.

Saw a very good production at Riverside last night. Annie Byron wrote and performed this terrific piece of theatre. A one woman piece, Annie is super in the role. The only criticism is that at times it is very difficult to hear her, I was two rows from the front and it was very hard to hear some of her... More

I have been to this Theatre at least 5 times and have enjoyed both Matinee and Evening Performances of Live Artists, Dance , Theatre and the Musical Evita. I would like for it to have more things on more often . Parking is a pain but no more, somewhat less than the CBD. If the weather is right you can... More

Great smaller theatre. you are relatively close to the stage wherever you sit. Drinks available, cost a bit for what you get. parking is a problem in the colder weather as you have to walk a bit. this is not good for older people.
