This really is a must-do trip in Sydney. I am not a particular nature-lover (I know that might sound an odd start for a review of this tour!) but was looking forward to being out on the water. The commentary which the leader gave on the sights of the harbour was fantastic. Even better was when we saw a cow... More

First the meal is excellent, even catering to vegetarians. The commentary is very informative, it is nice to know exactly what you are sailing by. To see a mother whale and baby up close is a dream come true. Just a pity other boats choose to crowd in.

Horrible package, full of people vomiting, imagine the smell of that, the lower deck was turned into a sanitarium. That settles the food review I guess. the vomits scared the whales away, so they didn't show up. No Dolphins or any attractions. Horrible sense of humour by the guide and crew who sealed thier trip with a comment of one... More

We are both disappointed and surprised to receive such a negative review, which is contrary to: i) the overwhelming majority of positive reviews we receive in relation to points you raise; ii) the spontaneous round of applause at the end of Sunday afternoon's cruise, and iii) the positive comments offered by so many of the passengers as they disembarked that... Perfect weather but not many whales around as end of season but after cruising for quite a while we came upon a mother & calf. With the great co-operation between guide & captain our boat ended up in a fantastic position to view & photograph the whales.

Just came back from a great tour in Sydney. Saw a mother humpback with her calf. The best part was the interactive technique to keep close to the whales and the knowledge about whale behaviour. These people care about whales. Other outfits followed us around, so we knew we were with the leaders.

Bought their mid spring ticket with 50% discount. Real value for money and we get to have our lunch on board. Sausages, fried noodles, roast chicken, baked potato and grill mix vege were served. Food is ok but the highlight is the whale watch. We are lucky to meet baby and mother whale traveling together. Although I experience motion sickness... More

Nice guided tour - we were lucky to see at least 3 whales for more than an hour playing arround. A seal passed also by. The staff was friendly even if the moderator talked a little too much. ;) Lunch was good. Unfortunately we had to pay an extra fee for changing our tour date.

Sunday 26/10/14. Great day out. Two different sightings (2 whales in first sighting and 2 mothers and 2 calves in second sighting). Most of the action in the second group, with some fabulous breaching action.
