Disappointed that there's no prayer room available given that it's a central point for both national and international travellers.

The Sydney Central Station is the very old building . My first trip on the train is on 31st December 1960 . From Sydney to Albury . That is my first trip to travel to Albury , where I attend the Albury Grammar School , now is the Albury Scots College ! The central station is situated in the heart... More

The Central Station is indeed the center of the rail station of the City of Sydney. We stayed outside the city-center so we sort of frequented this station to take us to our destination. It is easy to navigate, clean and not crowded, unlike other central rail stations I have been to in Europe or other parts pf the world.... More

From Central Station, if you exit via the Devonshire Street Tunnel, which goes under Railway Square, at the other end, you will exit by the rear of the ABC building. Straight ahead you will see the new, Frank Gehry Building (he designed the Guggenheim Museum in Balboa,Spain.) Also know as the "crumpled paper bag" and the Wing building, this structure is... More

It is strategically located, and there are signboards available, although we occasionally got lost. There werent enough train network map if you ask me so somethimes were not sure where were going. but as i said, ive been to some central stations in other countries and sydney's are better.

They have removed the ability to walk from Elizabeth street side to intercity platforms via the concourse. (Undercover). You now have to walk via Eddy Ave (NOT undercover). More stupidity from Sydney trains

It's a train station, there's really nothing to see here and point in hanging around, although a lot of travellers find their way here at some point. To kill time, there's a small bar and a Hungry Jack's and a cafe but that's it. If you want some decent food, you need to walk a few minutes down the hill... More
