Did the bridge climb a couple of years ago - it's hellishly expensive, and the photos add another $60 or so to the price. It's very regimented (plastic overalls, follow the orders) but not difficult - well, a few people struggled but they were American and therefore completely unused to mild exercise - and apart from a couple of ladder... more

The actual climb was less than 3.5 hours. A lot of time is spent getting suited up, safety demonstrations and simulating the climb as well as waiting on the bridge for other groups to pass. Groups are up to 14 people. No cameras allowed, only sunglasses.. thats it and they are serious about it! Its a good idea to get... more

The moment I landed in Sydney, climbing the Harbor Bridge was already on my mind. I did not mind the height, in fact, I am very excited to do it. However, I found out that climbing on a Sunday daytime would cost me AU$199 for the 3 and a half hour climb. This cost will include already 1 complimentary group... more

If you can't afford to do the bridge climb or are scared of heights then you can climb one of the bridge pylons. It costs about $9. The view is great and you can also see people climbing the bridge. It was a great experience and there is an exhibition and short film about the bridge's history. Well worth it. more

Wow, this was such the highlight. My mom was really nervous but our guide (Mitch) had her go first, right behind him. He talked her through it and made it really fun- for everyone. He was full of stories about the bridge itself, the scenery, past experiences, etc. Very entertaining! The views were unreal. It definately made a difference that... more

Sydney was absolutely fabulous! I've wanted to go for several years and it was worth the wait. I thought the Opera House would be the highlight of my trip, however, the Bridgeclimb was unexpected exhilaration! more

If you can let go of the insane cost, this really is a brilliant adventure to undertake and a great way to see the city from a unique perspective. Our guide was Millie, and she was fantastic and entertaining. more

We did the sunset climb - so saw the city in light and dark. It was an amazing experience ,but expensive - $180 ,but is once in a lifetime! Never done anything like it before ,and would recommend if you can afford it for a 4 hour experience. You don't need to be fit as the climb is quite easy... more
