Quite enjoyed the vibe with the music and variety of stalls. Didn't buy much items other than the food though.

market is only open on saturdays i think. it was quite a disappointing experience as there wasn't much to see, probably about 15 vendors which is pale in comparison to the rocks weekend market . however, i think this was along the way to the bondi beach, so you can make a trip here if you wish.

A friend (Sydney resident) suggested I try out this market. It was great - plenty of vendors (with some food/beverage options) with a diversity of quality items. I bought a silver ring and he sized it on the spot to fit me. I also bought gorgeous earrings. Unlike what's happened to many markets, this isn't a place where people with... More

This is the third time I have visited the Paddington Markets in trendy Oxford St, Paddington. I was rather disappointed with the stalls so unchanged over the years mainly clothes, art works nd a LOT of reasonably priced jewellery. The flowers on sale are always beautiful. A few new additions would increase interest including maybe some Australan foods, preserves, cheeses... More

Although the dominant things on show are ARTS related, this is fair enough as we were in Paddington (which is known for it's arty culture) There are food stalls, plenty of stalls selling most things, toilets & a good vibe. Overall, if you are in Paddington like we were i would say the markets are worth a visit........ i am... More

I always enjoy stopping by the Paddington Market and shopping at all the vendor stalls. You can find interesting art and jewelry and some unique fashions. Nice to visit before a Paddo lunch or brunch.

Was a little disappointed with the market a few good buys bought a couple of baseball caps at 2 for $25 and wife and daughter bought a couple of designer bags but not alot of other clothing especially if you don't want australian logo's all over the clothing. Visit factory outlet stores upstairs some good buys.

The many maple trees around will quickly get your attention, the market itself was not so interesting, some usual handcrafts, clothes and accesories on sale. The small kids playground was as busy as the rest of the market. Some few interesting food options for a quick bit like sausages, wraps and snacks. We walked to paddington from hide park along... Read about this market from the internet and decided to check it out. Opens only on Saturdays. Smallish with a sprinkling of jewellery, art, gem stones and clothes. Nothing special and relatively expensive. Of course, I was attempting to compare it with the night markets in Bangkok where there are more options and less pricey, so I wanted to share... More

Loved the many talented people. Quite a variety of goods including clothes, jewellery, toys, flowers and more. Great food outlets, although only a few. I recommend the Himalayan stall for a tasty lunch. Right on Paddington's main shopping strip.
