A must to visit when you are in Sydney. We loved walking through the garden looking at the beautiful plants, trees and the fruit bats hanging from the trees. You can just sit on the grass and watch the world go by and forget you are in a busy city for a while.

A great place to walk and take in the views of the harbour along with the many stands of plants and interesting information on signs dotted throughout the gardens.

Excellent location in the city centre. Beautiful plants and walks, harbour views and many picnic places. It also abuts the NSW Art Gallery if you want to combine both visits.

You don't realise how much there is to see in the Botanical Gardens. It is beautifully laid out and tended, and if you're interested in plants and trees, you can easily spend three hours here. If the weather's great, chill out with a lie down on the grass.
