Had the feel of a very tired British seaside resort? Not a lot happening anywhere, considering the name of the place I was very surprised by the lack of atmostphere here!

A 30 something Sydney-sider (now living in Newcastle)... Have family in the UK who have wanted to check out this famous Sydney landmark... on all four occasions Ive taken them... such a let down.... really if you want to see a proper Aussie beach, go south to Cronulla down to Wooloongong/Jervis Bay or even any of the ones up the... Great hang for locals and tourists. Whether the weather is on your side or not it is well worth a visit. I prefer the cooler months, less crowds and still a great vibe.

Visiting Bondi Beach, where the series 'Bondi Rescue' is filmed was part of our venture when recently holidaying in Sydney, New South Wales. The beach has all the characteristics of one of the most beautiful beaches in the world and is a huge attraction for millions of people each year. It is easy to understand why there are so many... Long beach with a lot of people and there is an amazing walk behind the beach with perfect view. The beach for swiming, surfing, and other watersports.

I was amazed by the view of the beach. The sand is as powdery as a flour and is great for walking and joggingbarefoot! My wife and I visited during autumn so it was a bit cold but the sun was perfect. We still saw a lot of surfers though. A must see when you visit Sydney!

Love love love! The best thing is sitting on the grass with friends. So amazing. Would recommend as a holiday or live in the area.

This is such a place for people watching. You can go for a swim, Jog along the forecourt or walk. You will not be alone, so many people do this. Grab a coffee from the cafe. Sit down and watch the world unfold in front of you.

No wonder people want to live at Bondi, it seems to have everything. It's a lovely protected beach with the ability to surf and swim. It appears bigger than on television and was not very crowded the day we were there. The selection of restaurants on the beachfront range from Gourmet to fish and chips. However I think South Australia... More
