Entertaining walk with great views

Walk takes 3 hours but you can do it slower. Great views over city and beautiful nature. Use walking shoes do not go on flipflops

Beautiful pine trees and wide paved walkway to Shelly Beach. Bathrooms and food available along the way. Lots of chafes and coffee shops. The surfers and swimmers were enjoying good waves; it was windy when we were there. Many families on the beach. Many photo opportunities.

Lovely seaside location, very clean and the prices of food and drinks were much less than in Sydney.Well worth a 1/2 day visit, though if you are not going on the beach , very litle else to do.

So many charming sculptures along the walk way. There are enclosed beaches/tide pools if you don't want to brave the surf. The bathrooms are clean. Some nice cafes. Go!

I loved this walk, though it's a bit deceiving from the Manley side, which is a beautiful, paved sidewalk at the beginning. After a little while, the walkway becomes a challenging, though scenic, 10km hike to the end at The Spit. Definitely bring water, sunscreen, camera, good shoes.

Love this walk on a weekend afternoon, evening. Can get somewhat crowded at times, but the fish and chips on the beach at the corso on return make up for it :)

This walk is well worth the effort, get the ferry from Circular Quay to Manly. It's a short walk to Manly Beach where there are lots of restaurants and fish n chop shops. Return back to the ferry port and walk along the river estuary towards Spit Bridge. The walk is not very arduous, in fact most of it is... More

Lovely walk along the shore. You will see lots of fish, the sea lizard and interesting rock formations. The upper level part has some good views but not as interesting as the walk along the water.
