The Sydney Aquarium is definitely in need of some updates. The facilties seemed quote worn and dated. I have been to many aquariums in various parts of the world, and this was not one of the best by any means. My favorite part of the aquarium was the "tubes" that you could walk thorugh with sharks and other sea life...

Our family have visited the Aquarium several times. A great look into our sea life and all the different species. Easy to navigate around. Located at Darling Harbour.

Had a wonderful time at the Aquarium. It is starting to look aged in some spots but averall very beautifully set up. They have activties for kids and the staff we met were so helpful and friendly.

We played tourist for the day and went to the aquarium. Not a fan of the queues but thats what you get in Sydney. Plenty of diversity in the aquarium, love the underwater walkway.

Yes, it a nice place and enjoyable for families. Kids like it. Once get in the time run fast so be their early to get most of it. Check your camera settings as not much light in many corners of the aquarium.

Awesome aquariums to see. Lots of spectacular fish to see up close. Sharks were really nice to see. Very educational, learned alot about the plight of sharks in general.

We had been here in 2007 and seemed like there were lots of new things added. But in reality they added dugongs and not much else. Busy with school groups and strollers so hard to sit and watch fish.
In and out in an hour so too much money for that price. Photographer tried to take our picture on entry...

We arrived early, when the aquarium opened at 10am and I would advise anyone thinking of going to arrive as early as possible. I visited the aquarium after my short trip to Cairns and I learnt so much more about Australian marine animals in the time I spent there, than my whole trip. I really reccomend it.
