We have been a few times with our family and its 3 under 3 and the kids always love seeming the fish. Lots of stuff down low for them to see and the walk under tanks are great. Always seems busy which can be annoying if your pushing a pram but we left it at home after then first time.

I took my 3 boys here earlier this august and I made sure to purchase tickets online before leaving home. I also make an effort to be there close to opening times so I avoid long queues. My boys (10,8 and 6 yo) enjoyed seeing the animals that they barely noticed the construction works in a few sections. Our favourite... More

We have been in several aquariums and this is a great one. The location is awesome as you can walk from the CBD. The place is quite big so you need a couple of hours to see it all. The kids really like it! You can see massive sharks and a great display of tropical fish. try to get a... More

I was disappointed . Located in the centre of one of tourist capitals of the world but the facility is old , shabby and run down . Needs a total revamp. Having been to Underwater World in Mooloolaba , Sydney aquarium should be a lot better in its prime tourist location . I wouldn't spend the money again unless it... More

Visited Sea Life with my son (9) in August. He dreams of becoming a marine biologist so he absolutely loved this! There are some current renovations however we did not find any issues with this. There was so much to see! Dugongs and shark tunnels were incredible, my son and I spent ages here. However massive thanks has to be... More

We really enjoyed our visit here. We especially loved the glass bottom boat ride where you can feed the fish up close. You have to pay extra for this but it was well worth it! As you walk through the aquarium you feel like you're practically in the Harbour since you're surrounded by glass on all sides, even the floor... More

Despite my partner being from NSW, it was my first trip to Sydney (aside from the airport) so while we had a day to kill, she took me to places such as this. It wasn't until after we'd paid the excessively high entry fees that we discovered that around 1/3 of the attractions were closed due to renovations (and this... More
