we looked around while waiting to dive with sharks and we were able to go through in just under an hour. typical aquarium stuff, touch pool was way below average but the penguins saved the day - they are just so dam cute! lots of "toy" shops around but they do have some seriously cute and cool stuff. need to... Definitely worth a visit and great to see creatures kept in what seems really good and natural settings. It was quiet when we arrived and not at all busy and the only irritation was a screaming child when we were watching sharks. We bought a multi-attraction visit, so kept the cost down.

One of the best aquariums that I had been. A lot of sea life diversity. You should buy the 5 attraction deal, it is a good deal and also you can visit another nice places. However, for me this one is the best.

It a huge aquarium with a big number of species. But the 40 box entrance makes it overpriced. It is very interesting but that's all. If you are in a boring situation you can visit this attraction to kill 2 hours.

We didn't book online since it wasn't much difference in price and we weren't sure what time we would get there. As a result we were queued for an hour (in the sun!) to get tickets and apparently that was a good day! Definitely buy online! Whilst the aquarium was good, I was a bit underwhelmed. Maybe I was just... More

$40 for a single adult, I saw more people than exotic fish of Australia. Was very busy. Staff at the reception were not friendly but rude. Only thing I enjoyed on my visit was seeing a few small great whites. Very disappointed overall.

I came online to post a review and other saw another comment with the same experience. Wow. I am not the only one who experienced that. We had just entered the aquarium with 3 small children and 2 mins into our visit a group of approx 30 people came through. There was no crowd control in such a small area.... More

I bought the Merlin 5 attraction pass on line before arriving. This is way cheaper than doing it in person. Buy before you leave because you have to print off the voucher and present it. This was the best of the 5 attractions. I never knew the sea creatures existed but they do. I learned so much here. However, I... More

A good day out but best to plan it beforehand to minimise general admission queues. We bought our tickets online via our phone a few hours out and chose our preferred entry bracket. Good to "skip" the queues, however best to time your arrival not at the start of your allocated entry as you will still have a short wait.... More
