Upmarket Shopping Centre

Lots of floors, lots and lots of shops and thankfully lots of coffee and eating stops. Great food centre on floor 5.

Situated right in the middle of the city and attached to David Jones - a shopoholic couldn't ask for more! It has all the high street brands through to high end. It isn't possible to walk out of this Westfield without a new pair of shoes or handbag or piece of clothing or all of the above! On the top... More

The David Jones and Myer are nicer than some others and there are a few decent designer shops. I would recommend Sydney Westfield purely for shopping and only if you're in Sydney CBD desperate for somewhere to shop indoors. Look at the store directory beforehand. It is neat and smart and has a good selection of stores but the layout... More

I have been to so many malls (arcades, emporiums, outlets... whatever you want to call them) in my travels and by far this is the best shopping I have ever experienced. There are hundreds and hundreds of stores. And it's not just the Westfield, there are several malls all connected so you literally can spend days(!) shopping and exploring this... More

Stunning views while you slowly circle around. We went to the Buffet restaurant floor. Food top notch, superb, great selection, can't be faulted. In fact we went twice as we had to go back again for a second experience.

Great shopping center in the middle of Sydney. If you need to buy anything, i'm pretty sure you will find a shop with what you are looking for. Huge variety.

Loved indulging ( with my eyes and not my wallet ) the high fashion brands that vary from Miu Miu to Versace. Although ( as expected) the beautifully crafted goods came with a hefty price tag , I still recommend it as s place to visit ! And for those with deep pockets , I say why not splurge ;)

Been in and out of here over Christmas and always amazed at how shiny a Westfield complex can be when applied properly. The place is a maze and your sense of direction needs to have the force working for it. But a lovely visit. The last star is the price.

Staying in Central Business District

Neighborhood Profile
Central Business District
The Sydney Central Business District is abuzz with energy. Power brokers run to and from high rise buildings and after-work drink places, high-end shoppers tour venues like the QVB, and fine diners frequent the many celebrity chef restaurants. For a dose of culture, walk to the NSW Art Gallery, or visit the Sydney Museum. To escape the hustle and bustle, reconnect with nature at the Sydney Botanical Gardens or picnic lunch at High Park. No matter your interest, be sure to check the full calendar of events hosted by the city, from the Sydney Festival in January to October’s Good Food Month at Hyde Park.
