It's not only a wine tour, but a wildlife, chocolate, cheese, wine and beer tour! Try some amazing wines at small picturesque boutique wineries, as well as visit a chocolate factory, taste some local cheeses and visit a brewery. Our morning tea with kangaroos, koalas and other native animals is a very special experience too. Private tours are also a specialty for families and/or friends. Join us! Would love to have you along.

I booked Kangariffic to take two of my English friends up to the Hunter Valley. Sam was excellent, full of energy and very friendly. The stop at the wildlife park was perfect timing and made all the guests feel special, getting to pat a koala which even as an Australian I'd never done before! The selection of different vineyards was... More

I did some research of Hunter Valley wine tours and ended up choosing the Kangariffic tour on the basis of its excellent reviews and the fact that it offered so much more than just wine-tasting. It was a full day, with visits to two wineries, plus visiting a wildlife park, chocolate and fudge tasting, cheese tasting, beer tasting and a... More

Having already done a wine tasting tour in the Hunter Valley, we wanted to do another tour that offered something a bit unique. That's why we chose Kangarrific tours! The tour included a visit to the Wildlife park - not only was it a unique experience but made the tour value for money! Plus the group size was small, meaning... More

We had a wonderful day with our guide, Sam. He was knowledgeable, fun and responsive to the whole group's likes and needs. Loved the smaller group dynamic. We enjoyed the animal park, the chocolate factory and the brewery as well as some wonderful wines. Highly recommend it!

One of the major things we wanted to do when living in Sydney was the Hunter Valley, we looked at lots of different options but this was by far the best from Reviews, and for good reason! The fact you get to go to the Wildlife park as well as Hunter Valley was a huge selling point, getting to see... More

I visited the Hunter with Kangarrific tours and I wasn't disappointed. The tour guide Sam is great. He's friendly and informative. Yes, there are some cheesy jokes but that's part of the fun, and definitely not a negative. The tour includes heaps of things not just wine, which attracted us and the fact you'll only visit small wineries is a... More

If you want to see some of Australia's native animals, eat some chocolate and fudge, have a great lunch, taste great wine and beer, and see the great views of the Hunter valley, you must go on this tour! We had a lot of fun during the whole trip. Sam took great care of us and made it a nice... More

Sam's enthusiasm is infectious and he pulls out all the stops to make sure everyone is looked after and has a good time. We were subjected to Sam's fabled repertoire of jokes throughout the day and even a couple of magic tricks. It therefore pretty much goes without saying that the tour itself of the Hunter Valley region was superb.... More

This day tour was a brilliant way to get a taste of the Hunter Valley region , and was definitely a day to remember and tell my friends about. It wa very nice to be in a small group - it almost felt like our private tour! Sam was excellent company for the day - and really seemed to enjoy... More

What a wonderful day Sam gave us! Our first stop was a wildlife preserve where we got to see koulas, kangaroos, emus, wallabies and Tasmanian devils. Back on the bus, Sam quizzed the group as to what kind of wine we enjoyed so that he could focus our tasting stops! He also had menus from the restaurants where we were... More
