Ross is well versed in local history and provides colorful anecdotes regarding the various places you visit on the 21/2 hour tour of the major downtown sights. He is more than happy to field questions and also provides excellent current information on ways to get around the city and places that you can access either for free or for a... More

We took the advice of other Trip Advisor reviews and did the "I'm Free" City Tour on the day of our arrival. Our guide, Jackie, was amazing--lots of info and city tips, and we got a great orientation to the different parts of downtown Sydney. The tour lasted about 3 hours. We did the "I'm Free" Rocks tour 2 nights... More

We did both a City tour from Town Hall and a Rocks Tour with "I'm Free" Tours as a fun way to spend a sunny summer's day. As a Sydney local, i was surprised how much history i didn't know about my own city. Allie our tour guide made the tour really fun and interesting and i'm surprised that they... More

I went on the evening rocks tour and also the tour in the afternoon. Both were excellent, both tour guides were very knowledgable and passionate about Sydney. We visited places that I don't think I would have covered without the tour and also led me to return to explore further. As described the tours are free and you are welcome... More

This tour is a very interesting and pocket friendly way to get to know about Sydney's history!! Our guide was very friendly and answered all the queries posed to him very patiently! He added several little humorous twists to the anecdotes and was very passionate about his work! Really a must-do activity if you're in Sydney and want a little... More

I did both the "I'm Free Tours of Sydney" (Green shirt) and the "Free Tours Sydney" (Orange shirt) walking tours. Both tours were very good and I learned a lot from each of them. There was surprisingly little overlap between the 2 tours, so I would recommend doing both if you have the time. And since the Green shirts also... More

We jumped of the bus to check out channel 7 in Martin Place and came across the Free walking Tour at the Hog outside the hospital. As I had read about it we decided to join. The walk .Jackie was very informative and made an effort to chat with everybody. She is very passionate about her city and we had... More

We love walking tours and have done them around the world and this is amongst the best. Danica was vervey and informative. We were out for about 3 hours and we saw a lot. She had information on history, politics, people, and places to eat. Just great.

Ali led our tour of Sydney. As a local I really enjoyed hearing about the history and other "quirky " bits of info. In addition Ali shared some very useful tips for non locals. The walking was steady and easy. A very enjoyable 3 hours.

We did both of the "I'm Free" tours while in Sydney (one covers the Rocks and the other covers the larger Sydney area.) Each tour had a different female guide and they both worked very hard at trying to keep things interesting while moving the group along. I was worried there might be redundancy between the tours, but there was... More
