We were given vouchers by our granddaughter for this experience which we took last week. Even though the weather was overcast and drizzling, we still really enjoyed our time on the Southern Swan. The members of the crew were excellent - polite, caring, helpful and obviously enjoyed their "work". More

The best way to see Sydney is from the Harbour. Do it with the fun crew at Tall Ships and have a ball. It's a great trip for the solo traveller and plenty of photo opportunities. More

There is no better way to see the harbour than in the Southern Swan. A tall ship steeped in history. The crew are so knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. It was a pleasure to sail with them. More

The old ship motored in around 10:30, sails down and the crew eagerly welcoming all those waiting. Jumping on board we were all ushered to the rear of the ship where we were introduced to the ship and her history, the crew described their love for the vessel and the passion I keeping the old ships sailing. The passengers all... More

Firstly we picked a top day to go on the harbour. Enjoyed the tall ship experience and particularly enjoyed it when they turned off the engine and hoisted the sails. Very relaxing mooching along under wind power. They gave us an informative talk about the Southern Swan and the nibbles they passed around were good. Being able to have a... More

Adding a new dimension to a Sydney harbour cruise is the twilight cruise on board the Sydney Harbour Tall Ship, the "Southern Swan". Heading out from the very convenient Cambell's Cove Wharf at Circular Quay, being on a genuine three masted square rigger is magical enough, but combined with the backdrop of Sydney harbour at sunset is an unforgettable experience.... We chose the afternoon sailing cruise and were thrilled with every moment. We had booked at the wharf's booth the day before to assure us of the best possible weather. My grandson's dream was to climb the mast, so I chose that option rather than the meal. We were not disappointed in any respect. His mast climb took place last... More
