We were in Sydney for New Year and the ferries still ran a great service, you do need to check times because they do stop running for a while on NYE but as long as you plan this is not a problem. Cost wise - great value.

Sydney Ferries are a gateway to The rest of Sydney harbors and bays. Get a multipass and you can go around Sydney economically. Rides are Picturesque, windy and fun. Good connectivity and frequency.

Im staying in kirribilli. The ferries are every 30mins it's only about a 6 minute trip but with the opera house nicknamed "nuns in a scrum "and the Sydney harbor bridge nick named "the coat hangar"it's a quick trip but with a million dollar view. Stunning ......another well deserves 5 stars "you rippa"

I used the ferries three times and was impressed with the punctual service and clean interiors. A well run service overall.

We had so much fun. The time schedules were very accurate in keeping schedules. One of the ferrys had a pilot on board gave wonderful commentary of what we were seeing and area we were heafed in to. The ferrys were very clean and comfortable. Enjoyed our time in Sydney.

In March 2015 we took the Sydney Harbor ferry tour departing out of the centrally located Circular Quay. The ferry featured plenty of outdoor deck seating. We were also offered a nice selection of snacks with coffee or tea which was included with our tour. We could hear the informative and humorous guide very well, even over the bustle of... More

We took the ferry from Circular Quay round to Darling Harbour. It is a great opportunity to sail under the bridge and get some good photos of it and also the Opera House. The ferry stops at quite a few places on its way to Darling Harbour.

to get to Manley beach, you had to get a ferry, it took about1/2hr,it was a very smooth crossing, and as I hate boats I was delighted to get to the beach They had golden sands, beautifully clean, a great place to spend a few hrs
