Took slow ferry to Manly great little beach suburb fairly quiet on the day. Trip back waters were stormy and choppy nothing like the North Sea..the whole trip was a reasonable cost, efficient and pleasurable - will do them again next time to some other area, on trip back be sure to be on the left side as you turn... A bit of a rush to just catch the ferry after a greuling trip on the 555 free shuttle, which was packed each trip. A quick assist by a portable eftpos gave us just the time we needed to meet the dead line for the service we wanted to catch. A nice ride to and from Manly was enjoyed by... More

Got the ferry over to manly on a Sunday arvo. It was busy , lots of people but we wearnt in a rush and didn't let things get to us. The ferries are maned by experienced professionals, it was a good ride and the price I think is fair, a much better way to get to manly than driving

Very long queues met us on Sunday afternoon 28 September as we tried to take our granddaughters from Circular Quay to Manly on the Manly Ferry. When it became obvious that we would not get on board because of the numbers in front of us we decided to go to Watsons Bay instead. Again a large crowd was waiting on... More

The old ferries are just like I remember from a kid, it was lovely to be able to take my children on one of the old style ferries. They were really nice and clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and polite... Thank You

Really enjoy using the ferries which are clean and convenient. Just wish the ferries ran more frequently at weekends

A great transport system for this neck of the woods. Ferry to Manly and enjoy the views. Ferry around to the different locations rather than taxi or bus and experience the lovely harbour !

For any visitor to Sydney... a trip to Manly on the ferry is a must! Best way to see the amazing views. It isn't too expensive... aprox. $14 return. If you have clocked up 8 trips on your Opal Card then it would be free! Punctual, safe and clean service. Wifi available on most ships.

What a great way to get to and from work on a lovely day. Of course some days the weather is pretty wild but that is not too often and it certainly beats sitting in traffic. There are many lovely places for visitors to enjoy too, like Taronga Zoo, Milsons Point, Manly Beach, Watsons Bay, just to name a few!

These ferries are fast, on time and reasonably priced. A great way to get around Sydney and fun for the kids.
