This place is especially great for kids. It's very well laid out and the models are just beautiful, really feel you are in the English countryside. When we first visited they didn't have an international section. Definitely worth a visit.

I went here with 3 adults on the weekend. For what it is it's a little pricey but we enjoyed it. The miniature models were really well done and the displays were good but they're starting to look a little dated. Some of the displays look so realistic however they put people and animals among the buildings to set up... More

We took our kids and really had a great time. The international section is more interesting than the English village part but it is worth seeing.

This a great place to visit to see what the English country side looks like in miniature. With an extra bit of differnt places in the world. We visited here when it first opened and it has just got better. Children will love it with all that is there to see.

I visited Cockington Green when I was 12, so returning in my late 20s allowed me the chance to examine the finer detail of the exhibits. The International section is fantastic and on a beautiful autumn Canberra day it was great to enjoy the sunshine and serenity. Really enjoy spotting Darth Vadar and Luke Skywalker in battle!

Only came here because it was included in the 3inFun pass, but was a great surprise! Very cute and clever, nice way to spend a morning.

The facilities are amazing and very well maintained and the children really enjoyed it. I was really happy to see a South African display, but very annoyed when the information provided in relation to my country was wrong. Giving the wrong national day, given the Apartheid history and what actually happened in terms of Apartheid on the day mentioned, is... More

I've been coming to Canberra for years, but never went to Cockington Green before. We all enjoyed it. I recommend it to the whole family, it appeals to would be travellers, historians, gardeners, model builders, train buffs, children and people who keep in touch with their childhood. The miniatures also feature plenty of visual gags to amuse older children and... More

We decided to check this place out before we headed back to Sydney. Having been to Madurodam in Netherland for similar stuff that was very impressive, we didn't expect much. Yet, we enjoyed our morning, the ladies on the desk were very friendly, train rides was pleasant although you can smell the petrol they use as fuel. The garden is... More
