nice gardens to have a walk around and train ride for the kids. A little on the dear side in my opinion but it would also require a lot of time to maintain the gardens to the standard that they are.

Highly recommend this for kids as well as adults. Good education value for kids, because you can teach them about each unique building type and they can see each style of building from a bird eye view. Good for adults because there are a lot of hidden gems that the owner/staff obviously planted, finding the Stag from top gear was... More

It had been quite a few years since we visited & it was even better with all the new international additions.

Love the displays with the hidden little things going on in this small world. The additions of the new exhibits was great, and the train ride enjoyed by all.

I would personally rate this place in top 5 of attractions in Canberra. It's unique and has small train that you can ride around the complex. The displays are well maintained with some of them being interactive. So, kids love it. Only reason I gave it a score of 4 not 5 is due to lack of eateries or places... More

My partner and I went here one weekend, his idea not mine. I am not usually into the whole minture world but this place was magical and has a sarcastic sense of homour which I loved! It rained on and off the whole time we were there which created quite a magical atmosphere and kept the crowds away. We were... More

I went here with my fiancé, and we both enjoyed the walk and couldn't get over the detail We were always looking for that one funny little person or group doing something funny in each section but over all our favourite was the scene with a tractor that had knocked over a fence with the farmer and driver holding their... Unfortunately it was raining but we enjoyed our visit, my grand-daughter was enthralled with the miniature village. The whole area was very clean and tidy, I don't think I saw any weeds in the gardens! There is a miniature steam train to ride on which is a separate fee. We had hot drinks in the cafe which was clean and... More

Unique place, great time to spend around. Try giving atleast half a day to look around and experience every art and effort put into this garden. Amazing experience. My hubby and sister enjoyed a lot too. If you are interested in taking photos than dont forget your camera. Surely will recommend friends and family.

Having visited in spring, I was interested to see how this garden looked in mid-summer, especially after some very hot weather. Well it looked fabulous; the roses ere in full bloom, the grass lush and green, and plenty of summer bedding plants like impatiens, begonias and marigolds. Maybe doesn't have the magnificence of the azaleas and bulbs in spring but... More
