Life can change in the blink of an eye, and for me, my life will never be the same again. Sandra and her chefs are the best in the Tuscan food business. They not only run a top shelf restaurant just for you and your friends for a week but you get to immerse yourself into the whole process and they teach you, hands on technique, skills, history, preparation, presentation and explain the Tuscan way. It is like you become... More

The... More

Just spent the week of a lifetime at this incredible Tuscan cooking school. Sandra Lotti, Chef and owner, along with her amazing staff, brought a new awarenes to creating regional Italian dishes from farm to table. Her knowledge and creativity of preparing numerous Italian favorites nwas inspiring.
