We went to see the Bengal tigers which were awesome however the parrots did keep us entertained and were funny. It is so sad there are so many rescue parrots but they all seemed happy and well. The tigers were wonderful - playing and enjoying themselves - it was a delight to see even though it is so sad that... More

The car park access could do with improving for those with buggies or wheelchairs. Unfortunately by 1.30 pm, we were too late to buy parrot food (ie... More

The new Walk-through enclosure is funny and very entertaining. The new Tiger Enclosure is awesome and they are funny to watch as the babys keep playing mom up when all she... More

After some searching we decided on the parrot zoo, mostly because of this statement above, as stated on their website....lies! On arrival, the disabled friendly car park is loose stone...impossible to push a wheel chair on, so not in a good mood to start with. The parrots etc were great, possibly also the reindeer and wallabys if we had been... More

So worth a visit, tucked away in the Lincolnshire countryside this place is a little gem and there is so much more to it than parrots, although there are hundreds to look at and listen to. My Hubby took me on a surprise visit on 13 th March, after learning about the new arrivals, Tigers and baby tigers too, it... More

We visited on a March day with a chilly breeze - not the conditions which immediately make one think of the tropics - but we thoroughly enjoyed it.... More
