If you're staying around Puerto Morelos I would definitely visit this place. It's a few minutes from most places, not crazy expensive, and you get to see and hold and touch some pretty cool animals. The tour is about an hour, so it's not a super long trip to make, but we really enjoyed it.

This is worth seeing, I took my son in 2011 and he loved it. Took 4 other adults in 2014 and they enjoyed the park. They had changed the park some though. The monkeys used to be able to come down and you could feed them out of your hand. Now they use a basket, I understand they do that... More

We had a great family afternoon here. The place is very small - figure an hour tops, but lots of opportunities to see all the animals close up and to hold and interact with them. We have been to the Bronx Zoo and other large zoos but this was a great and unforgettable experience.

This is an interactive zoo where a guide takes you round the small zoo and introduces you to the animals who live there. Our guide was Oman and he was great- full of useful and interesting information about the different species. He made us feel confident to hold crocodiles, snakes and parrots to name but a few of the animals... More

We went with 2 teen girls and had a really good morning, its not every day you get to walk through a crocodile enclosure! The highlights for us were being able to get up close to wild animals and touch most of them, you can even hold a crocodile, photos are encouraged on your own camera....rare these days. The parrots... More

Excellent value and the animals are really cared for. You can get interactive with the spider monkeys and encounter crocs up close. Definitely worth a visit.

This family and veterinary run zoo has many native animals of the Yucatan Peninsula. They have been involved in the rescue of many endangered species, They have intelligent, competent guides that will allow you to hold their crocodiles, and answer your questions about native species. They have a monkey area, contained by netting that is very entertaining and allows the... More

It's so much fun to see the birds and the boa constrictors from year to year. What wonderful mindful work these zoo keepers do.

We visited from our nearby hotel, Now Sapphire. Great experience, especially walking amongst the alligators.
