Near Puerto Morelos, in the middle of the Riviera Maya you’ll find this small zoo, originally a croc farm. It’s not crowded and filled up with people, and you will be guided thru the park in a small group. Here you will interact with the animals. You will be able to touch, hold and feed great variety of wild local... More

We went with our (almost 2) daughter and had a great time. I highly recommend you buy the bag of food for your trip also. You can hand feed birds, deer, dogs (unexpected) and you can also feed monkeys, turtles (not by hand). It was not the cheapest trip, but we paid in Pecos and it came out cheaper than... More

Went to Crococun Zoo with my husband and children ages 6 and 9. My son (age 9) is all about animals and crocodiles so this was a great experience for him. You are escorted through the zoo with a guide. You get to see, touch and hold several animals (parrots, deer, Mexican dogs, crocodiles and snakes). Our guide was very... More

Three issues here (1) It is somewhat Disneyland-esque, even ending with forcing you through a gift shop to leave. (2) You can only go through with a guide, which is informative, but, when the little tour is over you have to leave, adios! Want to look longer at the crocodiles? Sorry, time to go. Want to spend more time with... More

Loved it, the difference between Crococun and others zoos is the direct contact with all the wild species. I will definitely recommend it for all animal and nature lovers.

A must for all animal lovers! We got there early and had a private tour. The guide Danny was very knowledgable about all of the animals. We got to interact with parrots (who talked), crocodiles, snakes, deer, monkeys, and much more! It was the highlight of our trip to Mexico.

Such a great experience! We were headed back to the airport after a few days in Playa - we had time to kill and thought we would stop. It was about 11am, we were the only people in the zoo, we had our own guide and could spend as much time as we wanted with the animals. Definitely buy some... More

This tucked away little zoo/wildlife park is amazing. Let's of interactive opportunities with parrots, deer, snakes, monkeys, reptiles, crocodiles make this a must for children and adults alike. Take your camcorder as it will definitely be a memorable visit
