It sounds kind of weird, but this restaurant is kind of on a sidewalk. Don't let that keep you away. The food was good and the price was right. Take a little walk around Puerto Morelos after dinner and call it a nice. Very lovely.

Our experience was amazing. At first it was going to be just me on this adventure, but I convinced my husband to attend with me. I inquired if he could be added to the class with me last minute and our hosts were very gracious in permitting the additional attendance; and he couldn't have been more grateful or impressed. You... We have spent the most wonderful day with Salvador. We have been entertained and educated in the art and history of Mexican food. We were swept up in his passion. The hands on preparation and cooking will stand us in good stead when we embark on these recipes at home in Australia and, as if this wasn't enough, we have... More

Wow, I cannot say enough about Chef Salvadore. He made us feel at home and truly shared his love and passion for Mexico and food. I am not much of a cook but he had me excited to try new things. He coordinated everyone so nobody was left out and we all came together to create a wonderful meal. I... More

Chef shared great cooking techniques and tricks and encouraged questions that anyone had. His passion for Mexican food and its history was infectious. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the class and it was one of... More

My family was in the area for a wedding! Don't tell the bride and groom, but this class was the highlight of my trip!! To learn about a people, see what they eat! This class gave us general guidelines and very local treats. Almost felt like I was in Chef Salvador's home/kitchen! I've cook professionally and at home and it's... More

My husband is a Corporate Chef & I thought it would be fun for us to learn how to make real authentic Mexican food. This class was so much fun! First off there was only one other couple the day of the class, so I feel we were a little spoiled having a more intimate class. Chef Pablo is so... More
