My teenage daughters and I had a great time learning new/refined techniques and recipes during the day with Chef Pablo! It is one of our highlights from the trip! Pablo is very interested in class interaction - he wants you to touch, taste, ask, take notes/pictures and ask more. He's very encouraging and clear with directions. I must say -... More

We attended the cooking class at the end of July. It was a fabulous time. I learned so much to include the proper way to sharpen a knife and what part of the knife to use to cut different things!! The food was wonderful - and we got to bring the recipe's home! Chef Pablo was fun and entertaining. We... More

I attended a cooking class at the end of June. I cannot say enough great things about the experience. Thank you Chef Pablo and Mrs. Brown for the hospitality and perfect setting to learn excellent and useful tools and tips...along with how to properly prepare things I love (salsa and guacamole). Highly recommended to all!

I confess - I'm a foodie! I like making it, serving it, and eating it. And luckily, I was on a trip with friends that also like most of these things too. So, convincing them to do this class with me was easy. Growing up in the Southwestern US, I thought I knew alot about Mexican cooking - not so!... More

My daughter and I had lots of fun and thoroughly enjoyed our mexican culinary class with Chef Pablo. He is extremely knowledgable and very well trained, and easily could run a very nice, upscale dining venue if he chose to. Our menu for the day was very authentic mexican, delicious, and educational. The four students, an American couple, my daughter... More

My husband and I are both experienced cooks and we can honestly say we walked away with new and valuable cooking tips. The day was paced out nicely and the food was excellent. It truly was a "hands on" experience also.

My sisters and I had a wonderful time at the Little Mexican Cooking School with Chef Alfonso! He started with indigenous mexican cooking, explaining about the different peppers and other ingredients in the salsa that we then made. It was very hands on, we took turns cooking, chopping, grinding and tending. We sampled all the different salsas on corn tortillas with... More

We spent a day last week at the Little Mexican Cooking School, and we loved it. Let me tell you what to expect. When you arrive you will see a nice patio area, a small store, and be offered refreshments -- coffee with some kind of Mexican kick, homemade pastries. There were 14 people in our class. After a brief... More

A group of friends attended this past Feb. Over all we had a nice time. The people are very nice. I do feel that they could manage their time better. Start the hardest project first so it can have time to cook instead of rushing it and everyone having to sit around and wait. Kinda reverse the order of things... More
