We had a blast on our cave tour. The other people who were scheduled to be in our group were no-shows, so my husband and I ended up with a private tour. It would have been easy for the company to say the tour was canceled due to too few participants--but they didn't and off we went, just the two... More

We absolutely loved our Underworld tour. The glow worms were awe inspiring and we loved tubing. The cave had some incredible formations as well. Our guide was great, well informed, and friendly. They also take photos throughout the tour and give them to you for free. Highly highly recommended. More

I did not go cave rafting but took the trip on a little train and then walked back along the river. Simply beautiful. More

Great trip run by nice staff. I've been in a few caves before but the formations you see on this trip are amazing - really quite bizarre. Then the glow worms - again amazing! And then tubing down the river - great fun. Our guide was attentive and made sure everyone knew what was going on and how to stay... More

Went with a bunch of friends, The little train ride was spectacular, lush forests felt like we were in the lost world. Very friendly guides who know their stuff and made the trip enjoyable. The caves are beautiful and tubing slowly down the dark black water rivers in pitch darkness with nothing but a million glow worms above you is... More

Real friendly and knowledgeable guides. Rainforest train trip, excellent cave experience with formations so close, the most wonderful glow worm show ever as you float under what looked like millions and millions of green stars and to finish off, tubing fun in the river! You don't need your camera as the guides take snaps that you can download for free.... More

My partner and I went on this tour while in new Zealand two weeks ago. We were very disappointed. Once you leave the office you are taken to a patch of grass (after a short drive and trin ride) where you are expected to change into your wetsuit. There are no facilities and if you need the toilet we were... More

I probably expected a bit more adventure after seeing the brochure, but was not disappointed by what I got. You don't raft in the cave until the very end, but the cave was really fascinating. We were in the cave for about 1.4km. There were very cool formations and the guides, who seemed a bit crabby in the beginning, were... More

The trip was Amazing, great forest train trip then some crazy caving with a raft trip through a glow worm cave that looked like New York lit up at night, then a relaxed river trip in paradise. Couldnt ask for more More

We had a great trip with a guide who is a hobby caver in her spare time so really knowledgeable and enthusiastic. You reach the entrance to the cave system via a short drive, a short scenic train ride (changing into the sexy orange and black wetsuits on the platform) and a steep-ish uphill hike - fine if you are...
