Nice and friendly staff, very helpful, great range of fresh local vegetables and fruits. A well laid out local store, with fine pet food and supplies section, far better selection, in my opinion, than any of the local supermarkets. Bonus of a children's activity center in the same yard.

Enjoyed our afternoon here. We had our lunch, which the food is great. Good sized portions. Friendly staff. Good play area for children all ages. My one year old loved it. Will definitely be going back. Would be nice if there was a few more animals to look at.

Good place to get organic food :) and a lovely place to go with children so they can have a look at all the animals the farm has to show x

Called here with young grandson yesterday afternoon and have to ask, "Where were all the Animals" that we used to see here, Ok, there were ducks, hens, goats and a couple of either Llamas or Alpacas but it just didn't seem to have the same vibe that we have been used to on previous visits. The old tractor in the... More

Bad attitude from staff, overcharged - not even an apology or a peoper refund. Something floating in my coffee - no apology. Used to love it here, but with so many other great play centres nearby, we won't be visiting this one again.

I visited the play barn only once in the past but was very impressed. We decided to take our eight month old daughter to look around and go for lunch in the cafe. We thought it was strange that the car park was quiet but can now understand why. More of the animal pens were empty than were full. If... More

Visited the play barn again today with my friend ( her first visit) with two toddlers and a baby. The young guy that paid us in was very welcoming and professional so thank you for your kindness. Again fantastic value!! The price is great £2.75 for over 18 months. Food again, delicious as always and again very reasonably priced. It... More

We held our Daughter's 3rd Birthday Party at The Barn on Sunday 28th July & chose exclusive use from 15:30 - 17:30 (All we needed to bring was the cake, party bags & any additional balloons) .. The lady who runs it was amazing & went the extra mile to make sure everything ran smoothly & gladly catered vegetarian food,... More

Its a shame this place has gone downhill so much It used to have so many animals and was a very clean place. I was very shocked to see the state of the place now its very unclean hardly any animals (a few chickens and 3/4 ducks). On the plus side it was a sunny day and the play area... More

There's not as many animals as before but there's still rabbits, chickens, ducklings and ferrets to see. The play area is ok with a bouncy castle, trampoline and 4 other play pens (one with sand). The menu is great - especially for kids with home made food and plenty of veg to keep it healthy!!
