There's not as many animals as before but there's still rabbits, chickens, ducklings and ferrets to see. The play area is ok with a bouncy castle, trampoline and 4 other play pens (one with sand). The menu is great - especially for kids with home made food and plenty of veg to keep it healthy!!

Play barn closed for private party with no sign to tell public so were turned away upon entering (and our son seeing the play area) farm shop was empty of food and treats (other than pet food)... Not as impressed this time as on our first visit, yes there are one or two loose and roaming animals, mainly Rabbits, Goats or Chickens, but children should be Ok if properly supervised. There is an old tractor for kids to play on in the paddock, a small lake with water birds including Black Swans and a pen with what... More

I have been a loads of times and taken my 3 year old to the play area on the farm. The farm and the activity barn are now apparently separate business (so told my a member of staff who came back after the change of ownership) I believe this is now why the barn has had a make over. The... More

Visited today with my family including my 3.5yr old, even though I had read reviews of good and bad, I decided to give it a go. On entering the first section where all the different sorts of hens were it was immediately clear that they were in a bad way. One hen had all its head feathers missing - a... More

We went to Emsley's to see the animals and were absolutely appalled at what we saw. Children and adults alike are able to man-handle the animals to the point of causin injury or death to the poor creatures. The state of some of the animals was shocking and we were so disturbed by this that we had to leave. I... More

really used to love visiting this attraction with my Granddaughter but last 2 visits we have made there have been loose goats which is not good as they jump up at anyone, bad enough if you are an adult, but when you are only 2yrs it is terrifying, made worse is the fear of them decididing to butt, not worth...
