Beautiful fall drive through the Chianti region winding hilly roads with open fields of colorful vines leads to this estate perched up on the hills. Super nice woman who spoke good English and poured fine wines made from grapes on the estate. Very nice tasting room, bought a couple bottles of their super Tuscan to take home, a beautiful place... Beautiful place to taste wine. Tuscany wine is the best. Here you can have free tour in Castello and also free wine tasting. About time of tours I don't know exactly, but we came on time and our tour was at 5 pm. Recommend to visit this place.

We stopped into the winery unannounced on a Saturday. We missed the tour, but were able to participate in the tasting...which was free! She didn't talk or explain much to us, but the wine we tasted was very good. We met and talked for a while with some other nice couples that were there for the tastings. If I went... More

Beautifully maintained facility with air conditioned Cantina. Tour guide was very informative and spoke good English. The grounds and operational facilities we visited were extremely clean and kept up to date.

We called to make enquiries about wine tasting. There was only one scheduled for 5 pm. Very brief, 10 minute tour of 3 rooms. Not really that interesting. The wine is also not great. The staff has made us feel unwelcome and set unpleasant atmosphere at the start. We were group of 14 people with 5 kids. Children were waiting... More

Paola was a great tour guide. Myself my wife and 16 and 9 year old had a very nice tour followed by a great tasting. The tour was not too in depth but had enough info to keep the kids interested and to give us some great information about the Chianti Classico region.

This is an average-to-big winery located just a little north of Radda, in the beautiful mountainous country-side. What a gorgeous drive and setting. The winery is in great old buildings with natural cellars. The tours are posted on their website, and comprise about 20 mins of walk + talk, and 20 mins of tasting (but you can just show up... More

We were lucky to arrive 10 minutes before a scheduled tour of the cellar and a tasting afterwards. Nobody else turned up so we had plenty of opportunity for our questions. The wine was lovely and with an opportunity for international shipping I look forward to drinking it again many times in the future! This is a beautiful part of... More

The winery offers a free wine tour followed by a free wine tasting. It is one of the biggest winery in the region. You learn more about wine making process and the history region. They also make an outstanding olive oil. You must try Vini Santo. I bet you gonna love it!

Popped in for a visit and had a nice friendly tour which was only short but interesting. Free tasting of several wines with no pressure to buy. Great photo opportunities on the roads up there
