Quit reading these fabulous reviews right now and just book this school for a week. You won't regret it. I read all the reviews on here and I was amped up and ready to go. Sandra and her team did not disappoint. If you are an avid cooker, or a beginner who can't boil water, you will enjoy the Toscana... More

This was a fantastic week-- wonderful cooking classes in the morning and adventures in the afternoons. We ate wonderful food, drank great wines, and saw the surrounding areas. My favorite adventure was truffle hunting--LOVED it! I loved exploring nearby Lucca and Elena(,great and delightful guide) showed us more in Pisa than just the tower. The whole staff there, and the... More

This experience far exceeded any expectation I had for a cooking school. Sandra and her staff made us all feel welcome through her cordial and fun manner, as well as her cooking skills, presentations and delicious meals. Everyone got in the act and became one family cooking and baking for each other. It was a delightful and enriching experience and... More

What an incredible place! The school, the setting (what's not to like about Tuscany!), the food, the wine - all are outstanding. Sandra Lotti is truly a gifted individual. She knows her food and preparation techniques like no other instructor I have had; more importantly, she has the ability to share her deep knowledge in a passionate & delightful way.... More

I just attended cooking school with Sandra Lotti. It was great fun and very informative. I would never consider myself "a cook" but I left the school inspired to try some of the things I learned. We cooked and ate fresh, in season, everything which amazed me that it was so good and different from the food I buy in... More

What can I say about the best holiday experienced! Not only did we see daily sights (thanks to Elena and Andrea) we learned about Tuscan food, wine and culture. Villa Rosa, set in the countryside of Tuscany, provided the perfect environment for masses of eating, drinking and laughter. Sandra herself embodies all that is good about Tuscany: warm, welcoming, deliciously... More
