I have been back to this school twice now and will make every effort to return at least every second year. Surrounded by knowledgeable top chefs, trained all over the world, this is where you can learn every aspect of Tuscan cooking. If you are looking for a school with wonderful chefs who absolutely love what they are doing and... More

Just got back from our 3rd trip to Toscana Saporita. The new facility is great. The staff (Sandra, Alessio, Chris, Zoe, and Craig) are all fantastic teachers and willing to share all of their knowledge and experience. The truffle hunt was a great side trip. If you are looking for a cooking school that specializes in Tuscan cuisine this school... More

We love this cooking school, Sandra and her talented staff, the food/wines, and the new accommodations. My husband and I have been to this school three times and it just gets better and better. We learn about cooking techniques, cooking with local, seasonal ingredients, and get to eat delicious meals. They offer guided, half-day tours of the region one of... More

We love food; we love cooking; and we loved our experience at the Toscana Saporita Cooking School. We're going back and strongly recommend that you try it as well. The food was amazing. We learned how apply good technique to seasonal, local produce to create amazing Tuscan dishes. For Sandra it starts with a love of food and an ability... More

So...If you're interested in a cooking school in a friendly and helpful/supportive and low-stress environment in a pastoral setting (beginners like me are more than welcome), with guided afternoon tours (including truffle hunting) thrown in, if you go elsewhere...uh, oh...big mistake! Sandra is well-trained, is more than willing to share her tricks and shortcuts with you, is more than energetic,... More

When I read the reviews of Toscana Saporita on Tripadvisor, I decided that this was a cooking school that my husband and I just had to experience! We decided that a trip to this school would be a perfect way to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary. We worried that our expectations might be so high that we would be disappointed.... More
