In my lifetime i have been fortunate enough to travel all over the world, stay in the best hotels, dine in the best restaurants, meet many interesting people and experience some of the nicest things life has to offer. The new "top of my list" is now my time... More

That's exactly what our amazing class did as we experienced the joy of cooking at Toscana Saporita under the direction of the ever charming and talented Sandra Rosy Lotti, her son Alessio, Chef Chris, Scarleth, Ted, and Octavia - all truly dedicated professionals. This was my second time visiting Toscana and the experience was just as engaging and fun (if... More

As an Italian-American, and international "dolce vita" healthy, gourmet lifestyle expert who studied in Italy and has spent many summers traveling throughout Italy, I give Sandra Lotti and Toscana Saporita the highest possible endorsement! Being someone who grew up loving to cook both Italian-American and authentic Italian, I had a blast at Toscana Saporita! Sandra, Chris, and everyone there are... More

Just came back with 2 friends from the cooking school and we missed it already! Sandra Lotti is always full of energy, and we never laughed so hard. And yes, we did learned a lot from Sandra and Christopher Covelli. We learned about eating fresh and eating clean. The meals are all excellent, much better than any Italian restaurants we've... Everyone is welcoming and the group that was there was fantastic. Every meal was better than the last. Cooking classes were great and included a history lesson of the daily dishes. Sandra is a... I knew that this would be a great experience. Little did I know, though, how the teachings what change the way I cook completely! In my first trip to the grocery store when I got home, I didn't need to walk down a single "canned good" aisle. Everything I'm cooking now is fresh, homemade, and "how my grandmother used to... I was extremely nervous traveling by myself in a foreign country and doing a cooking vacation for the first time. But once I got there, it was simply magical! Sandra, Chris and the... More
