We loved it here - we were perhaps the only couple there not on an organised tour and with no children but it was a good couple of hours. We opted to do the tractor farm tour and attend the sheep show. Both were informative as to farming in New Zealand and provided an interesting insight.

Was reluctant to go, after all what's the big deal about looking a someone milking cows and sheep shearing. But it was very educational. Glad we went. Had a good laugh watching the show. Enjoyed the farm tour very much, never been so close to cows and sheep. Seriously the animals look like giants next to me. The farm tour... More

This is an awesome one hour show providing all ages a taste of rural life and an insight into our sheep and dairy industry. The showman is a professional and hilarious into the bargainl As the 19 different breeds of sheep take their stand on the stage he talks about their purpose to the industry; whether they are bred for... Thanks for your review. We certainly provide a great cross-section of rural life here in NZ and our 19 breeds of sheep are exceptionally well trained to be advocates for their species! We hope to see you again in the future! More

This show is very entertaining and informative. The animals even seemed to have a sense of humor, I loved the dogs and cows! Since I'm a city girl I didn't really like the smell, but it's a farm so obviously that's a stupid complaint. We didn't get to see the rest of the farm, just the show but I definitely... More

Thank you very much for your review. The show is certainly very fun and educational as well. I agree with you on the sense of humour -one of my favorites is Jimmy Cheviot Ram that waves to the crowd. We hope you enjoy the rest of your holiday! More

We used a grabone voucher which I hadn't realised is only valid for part of the attraction. We had to pay an extra $70 for 2 adults to upgrade the grabone voucher so that we could see the rest of the attraction. We felt very disappointed as we would have paid less for the combined ticket if we hadn't done... More

The sheep and cow show was fun and educational. Of course it was a little cheesy but I laughed a lot. Even some of the animals were funny. It was nice that there wasn't hundreds of tourists, off season traveling has some drawbacks but many rewards. We also did the farm tour, which I was very happy that it wasn't... More

We were approaching Rotorua when we saw the sign for the Agrodome, so in we went. There are a couple of options available, and we chose just the sheep performance, but we spent time taking photos of the alpacas and goats in their paddocks whilst we waited for the show to begin. We also browsed around the very enticing shop... More

The agrodome show was wonderful and quiet educative. They show us how to sheer a sheep. You get to see all the different kinds of sheeps including the famous new zealand marino sheep. The best part is you get to pet the sheep and lamb and even milk the cow. Photography is allowed through out so you can capture every... More
