Azure window and Blue hole is a natural wonder and must be seen. This is located in Dwejra at Gozo, which is an island and best way to go Gozo is to reach Cirewwa for ferry by any bus. We were in Malta in 2014 Christmas period and stayed at Mellieha. On our 6th day we went to Gozo by... More

A picturesque place with a nice cafe. Brilliant dive site (but can get very busy in the peak season). If you are going to dive the site, take a good local dive company if you want to get the most from your trip - Underwater navigation is quite complex if you want to go to the best locations. Coral cave... More

Perfect dive location although there is a little bit of walking to be done from car park with your kit on, it is however set in an idyllic location with perfect views of Azures Window

I'm so lucky to be a local diver! Divers come from all over the world to dive in Malta & Gozo! And if you go to the Blue Hole you will see why! It is one of the dive sites that makes Malta and Gozo so appealing for divers! It is beautiful to just swim in as well have no... More

I went with my daughters on stormy day and they loved it - the place is so dramatic that its beautiful any time of year. I have also been at the beginning of the summer and the clarity of the water is fantastic. The funny thing was people looking at us strangely from the buses as we spent hours in... More

But it drops down to about 20m. The only slight negative is that it is reached via a rough path over ancient limestone. This takes you down to... More

I'm a local diver and I can tell you the blue hole is one of a kind. Personally it is one of the best places I ever dived in. Totally recommended if you're a diver and happen to be in Gozo

We were hesitating whether to go or not because of very strong and cold wind that was blowing. As all the photos of Blue Hole we saw we taken on sunny days and we were convinced that a visit would turn out into a catastrophe! Photos that I'll eventually add will show how magnificent nature can be ... Waves that... More
