I'm so lucky to be a local diver! Divers come from all over the world to dive in Malta & Gozo! And if you go to the Blue Hole you will see why! It is one of the dive sites that makes Malta and Gozo so appealing for divers! It is beautiful to just swim in as well have no... More

The Blue Hole is a natural rock formation that offers a simple and sheltered entry for a number of possible dives. In fact, it is as easy as stepping into a large rockpool! But it drops down to about 20m. The only slight negative is that it is reached via a rough path over ancient limestone. This takes you down to... More

I'm a local diver and I can tell you the blue hole is one of a kind. Personally it is one of the best places I ever dived in. Totally recommended if you're a diver and happen to be in Gozo

We were hesitating whether to go or not because of very strong and cold wind that was blowing. As all the photos of Blue Hole we saw we taken on sunny days and we were convinced that a visit would turn out into a catastrophe! Photos that I'll eventually add will show how magnificent nature can be ... Waves that... More

It is definitely a nice place. And the view is impressive. But if the sea is calm even the sunset is not a highlight. Don't get me wrong, it is nice. But SO many other sight and coastal things are nice in Gozo, that this one is... not that extraordinary.

Many people see only the azure window and leave. Make sure you visit this small bit of sea and try and have a swim too! Slightly complicated to get to but well worth the effort taken.

Well worth a visit - if only to watch the divers come and go. See it as part of the Azure Window experience.

The blue hole deep in front of the blue window is almost not seen. However the blue window, or more precisely, the big hole in the rock, is seen nicely and attracting a lot of visitors. It is the main nature atraction of Gozo. Many visitors are missing the blue inner lake just aside of the parking place. Find a... More

Gets very busy with coach parties and can take a while to get to see what you want but some small shops and a cafe for a cool drink

Azure window is gorgeus. But u have to take a dip in fantastic Blue hole and snorkle around Azure window. It's even better to go scubadiving with professionals and instructors. Anyone can do it as long as u are healthy. I highly recommend scubadiving because underwater world is even more beautiful and it's fanatstic experience. We wen't with local diving... More
